⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Stay at Mövenpick Bintan – Special Mention to Michelle! This was my first time visiting Bintan and also my first stay at Mövenpick Bintan, and honestly, choosing this resort was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The resort is huge, and since there is so much to explore within the property, they provide buggy services to bring guests around, which is really convenient. As Bintan doesn’t have a huge variety of attractions to explore outside the resort, we specifically wanted somewhere that could keep us entertained for 3 days and Mövenpick definitely delivered. We stayed while the resort is still under soft opening, so naturally there may be a few minor things that are still being fine-tuned. However, what impressed me the most was the service attitude of the entire team. Every staff member we met was professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. They always had a smile, proactively approached guests to check if we needed anything, and even took the time to have small conversations with us. I’m also a hotelier myself, so I can confidently say that the team here is doing a really great job, especially considering they are still in their soft-opening phase. A very special mention to Michelle, who assisted us during check-in. From the very beginning, Michelle was incredibly friendly and made sure we had a smooth and seamless experience throughout our stay. We did encounter a minor room issue during our stay, but she immediately followed up and made sure it was resolved as quickly as possible. What I appreciated even more was that she didn’t just solve the problem and walk away. Throughout our entire stay, she would proactively approach us and check whether everything was okay and whether we were enjoying our stay. That kind of genuine care really makes a difference. Michelle is honestly one of the best hotel staff we have ever encountered, and I truly hope the management recognises her efforts. She is definitely an asset to the resort. The Kids Club is huge, and our kids absolutely loved it! They even have a sleeping room and movie room for the little ones, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. The resort also has multiple swimming pools, including the ocean pool, kids’ pool and the pool at the beach club, so there’s always somewhere different to enjoy. I personally loved all the little details around the resort, especially the kids’ amenities. Even the shower amenities provided for children were so thoughtfully prepared. It’s these small touches that really show the resort has put a lot of thought into the family experience. We also absolutely loved the buffet breakfast. There was a great variety of choices, including plenty of pastries, desserts and even ice cream! One of my favourite touches was the kids’ corner, where children can actually get their own food. It may seem like a small thing, but it made breakfast more fun for our kids and was definitely a plus point for us as parents. Overall, despite still being in the soft-opening stage, we had a really wonderful 3 day stay at Mövenpick Bintan The combination of the beautiful and spacious resort, family-friendly facilities, thoughtful little details, great food and most importantly the genuinely warm service from the staff made our stay memorable. For our first trip to Bintan, I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better resort. If you’re looking for a place where you can simply stay in the resort, relax, enjoy the facilities and keep the kids entertained for a few days, Mövenpick Bintan is definitely worth considering. Our stay at Montigo Resorts was nothing short of magical. From the moment my fiancé and I arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury, comfort, and romance. We booked a stunning two-bedroom villa featuring its own private pool, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. The villa was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and offered the perfect sanctuary for a romantic getaway. Having a private pool just steps from our bed allowed us to enjoy quiet, intimate swims at any time of day, completely undisturbed.Inside the villa, the attention to detail was remarkable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and filled with natural light. One of the absolute highlights of the accommodation was the deep, luxurious bathtub. After a long day of exploring and activities, soaking in the tub became our favorite way to unwind and relax together. The housekeeping team deserves immense credit for keeping every corner of our villa pristine throughout our stay, ensuring we never had to worry about a thing.Beyond the beautiful room, our trip was packed with memorable experiences. We are a couple that loves a mix of relaxation and adventure, so we decided to try the ATV riding offered at the resort. It was an absolute blast. Racing through the trails together brought a fantastic rush of adrenaline and added an exciting, adventurous spark to our romantic vacation. The staff guiding the ATV experience were professional, safety-conscious, and made sure we had the best time possible.Of course, no luxury stay is complete without great food, and Montigo Resorts delivered perfectly on that front. Our package included a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning, which quickly became something we looked forward to every day. The spread was incredibly generous, featuring a wide variety of both local and international dishes. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the live cooking stations to the fresh pastries and tropical fruits. Starting our mornings together over a delicious, hearty breakfast with beautiful resort views set the perfect tone for the rest of our day.What made this trip truly amazing was how seamlessly the resort blended high-energy fun with peaceful romance. Whether we were splashing around in our private pool, getting mud-soaked on the ATV tracks, or relaxing in our spotless villa, every moment felt special. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel valued from check-in to check-out. It was the perfect escape for me and my fiancé, allowing us to connect, create unforgettable memories, and enjoy a flawless blend of luxury and adventure. We left Montigo Resorts feeling completely refreshed and deeply in love with the place, and we already cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

Good location with many food options nearby. Walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall. Breakfast is superb, delicious local tastes. The room is clean but lacks amenities, especially hand towels and hairdryers.

The free shuttle from the ferry to the resort was super smooth. We got a great fruit juice and a warm welcome from the front desk. Lots of free activities there too. I was really looking forward to the dance and aqua dance, but after waiting in the lobby, we found out there wouldn't be a class that day. It would've been nice if they'd put up a notice so we didn't wait for nothing. Then we did other stuff like rock painting, animal education, and tie-dye tote bags, which was awesome. I even chatted with Mizhelle as she passed our dried tie dye the next morning while she did my henna – such a happy person! The room was pretty clean and roomy. The AC worked great, and they even gave us a cute, big woven bag to use. I brought earplugs because reviews said you could hear people outside. But all we heard were buggies, crickets, and frogs, so it was all good. Our stay included daily breakfast, and the hospitality was amazing. They greeted us by name, which made us feel special. The staff even remembered our names when we just walked by them – effort 10/10! We did the BBQ, which was an 8/10. It was a cozy dinner setup. Unfortunately, there were tons of mosquitoes feasting on us while we BBQ'd and ate, even with repellent on. The staff forgot the oil spreader, so we couldn't cook for a bit. But the night was still a great experience for us both. Definitely a memorable vacation. I just wish the lagoon stayed open longer than 6 pm.

At Nirwana Garden Resort, staff are friendly and genuinely nice. The beach is clean and clear waters that you can see fishes swimming around you… and watch sunset in the sea waters. Its windy and cool in the morning and evening. Food offered at good, esp the lamb shank stew. Also have nice spa - go for the Javanese massage! There are also 3 iguanas kept at the resort. We also went bowling and archery. At night we also went out for fireflies watching and kelong restaurant dinner.

It was a pleasant and perfect stay for both my husband and I for a short getaway trip after our wedding!  The staff there were really friendly polite and thoughtful too!  After picking us up from the ferry terminal, Nabil, asked us if we needed anything to buy and he drove us to get what we needed before heading to the resort!  Upon reaching the resort, we were greeted warmly by the staff and checked in. The restaurant within the resort serves delicious food and a wide variety of dishes to choose from!  Recommend RICA RICA restaurant that serves authentic indonesian food and is affordable !!  The room itself is very clean and comfortable to stay in! We also went to the public pool for a swim and it was just so nice with the sea breeze 👍🏻  Wanted to try out island hopping but the weather conditions weren’t good so had to give it a miss. Instead we went to the spa area for a massage, it was ookayy  They also provide bicycles 🚲 at your room and you can cycle around the resort which was really nice!!  I would come back again someday!! Not a place to missed when staying in Bintan resort to relax ! Good job to all the service staff !!

The hotel is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is small and dirty when we were there. Kids walking around at the breakfast area and jumping in and out from the pool to breakfast area. No proper towels provided for the pool. My room is clean but face a block of construction wall which looks really eerie at night. I think they are in the midst of extension their hotel. Blackout twice but power came back fast. Despite the small imperfect, it is still a very comfortable hotel which I will go back to in Batam.

A Perfect 3D2N Mother-Son Getaway! This was my second visit to Batam View Beach Resort, and it was just as wonderful as the first. I brought my mom this time, and she enjoyed everything about our stay. Food: Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delicious mix of local and Western dishes. While we were bummed that the seafood restaurant was closed for dinner, the indoor restaurant/bar completely made up for it with great food and service. Amenities: The resort facilities are excellent, and my mom took full advantage of them. Overall, a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back!

Overall, it was quite an unpleasant experience. 1. Booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. We specifically booked a non-smoking room, and the receptionist clearly confirmed that the room assigned to us was non-smoking. We even signed the T&C agreement. However, we later found out that the room was actually a smoking room. Ridiculous! We ended up staying one night in that room and, thankfully, after making a complaint, the hotel managed to arrange a non-smoking room for us the following day. 2. Avoid booking a connecting room unless you’re travelling with friends or family. The soundproofing between the connecting rooms is really poor. We could easily hear the guests next door talking and laughing loudly, even after midnight. We had already complained to the receptionist, and although they lowered their voices for a while, the noise started again afterwards and we could still hear them clearly. To be fair, there are some positives: 1. Good location 2. Wide variety of breakfast options 3. Comfortable bed and pillows
