Wonderful moments celebrating my birthday on the stunning Bintan Island in Indonesia—a true slice of paradise. This beautiful destination is conveniently accessible with a 75-minute ferry ride from Tanah Merah, Singapore 🇸🇬, or a 20-minute trip from the Telaga Punggur ferry terminal in Batam to Tanjung Uban, as well as a 60-minute journey from Tanjung Pinang Island. During our delightful seven-night stay, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality we received. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Bintan, for the unforgettable memories!

First time come here and not so far from port Pulau Karimun. Easy to came here wether you can walking or ride. Accomodation was comfortable with good price. Food and beverages so delicious with so many menu

We stayed here for three days with our family and booked two Grand Deluxe rooms and one Deluxe room. The rooms were spacious, each equipped with a sofa bed, which was very convenient when traveling with kids. The location is excellent, surrounded by Lagoi Plaza, a lake, and a beach, and it’s only about a 12-minute drive to Treasure Bay. Breakfast was decent, and we appreciated that there was porridge suitable for babies. The only issue we encountered was the restroom sliding door, which tended to get stuck easily, but the staff were very friendly and quick to assist. Additionally, there is a free playground and a swimming pool on the 7th floor with a beautiful view—we really loved it. Overall, it was an awesome family getaway

We recently celebrated a special getaway at Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel and it truly felt like we had rented the whole place for ourselves. The atmosphere was so peaceful, exclusive, and romantic — perfect for spending quality time with my wife. The hotel itself is incredibly unique, with so much history and character. Staying inside a beautifully restored ship made the entire experience unforgettable. Every corner had a charming nautical touch, and the ambiance throughout the property was elegant yet cozy. One of our favorite spots was the infinity pool overlooking the sea. The view during sunset was absolutely breathtaking, and the calm surroundings made it feel like a private paradise. We spent hours just relaxing by the pool, enjoying the ocean breeze and quiet atmosphere. The restaurants were also very good. The food was delicious, breakfast had plenty of variety, and the dining ambiance was warm and relaxing. Having dinner with the sea view and soft lighting created such a romantic mood for our celebration. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always attentive, which made the experience even more comfortable. The entire property was clean, beautifully maintained, and surprisingly quiet despite being such a famous landmark. If you are looking for a romantic escape, peaceful retreat, or simply a unique experience in Bintan, I highly recommend Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel. Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again. The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers. The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting. I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss. The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials. Very clean and decent hotel to stay in Karimun. Service is good, they will have your requests delivered promptly. However, the room we stayed in doesn't have the towels prepared, we have to call the reception in order to have the towels. No floor mat provided in the toilet too, was quite slippery though.

Amazing place to stay if you need to just relax and recharge in the calm. Just idle time sitting in the patio of your sea view villa and enjoy looking at the sea or walking by the beach collecting sea shells and finding baby mud crabs inside of the sea shells. It was not our first time staying at Mayang Sari or one of the other Nirwana properties. Hence, the smiling staff with their impeccable service levels is never a surprise but always a pleasure. Mayang Sari has its own restaurant, the Deli Cafe, where you can get local and western delicacies and drinks. The property has an Indian restaurant, Spice, which is a 5 minute walk from Mayang Sari, and Nirwana also has its own restaurant. They have a pick and drop shuttle from the ferry terminal, which makes it very convenient. Just a call put that this is Lagoi, so please don't expect to have malls around, and the city centre falls in the Tanjung Pinang area.

location is a bit far from town , we reach by first day of Puasa Ramadan in Batam , during our dinner time we couldn’t get any grab to go out for dinner , hotel try to help us call to taxi also not available end up we having our dinner at hotel , hotel maintain is still okay but could be better , one thing we like is the transport service that hotel will arrange to send guest to Batam Mall .

This was quite a large hotel. As I took the elevator from the lobby to my room, I noticed a peculiar smell in the hallway. The scent in the elevator also didn't quite agree with me; it seemed to be from an automatic air freshener that just wasn't to my liking. I also caught a faint whiff of cigarette smoke while walking down the corridor. On the positive side, breakfast was absolutely superb – truly the best buffet meal. My only real issue was the smell in the accommodation. The staff were friendly, and I highly recommend trying the breakfast buffet. They had a great selection of fruits and various other dishes. The egg dishes were prepared in multiple delicious ways, and the noodle dishes were also very tasty.

The hotel offers a very convenient location, situated close to the ferry terminal and within easy reach of nearby shopping and dining options, making it ideal for both short getaways and business trips. The service was excellent throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always attentive to guests’ needs, which made the experience smooth and comfortable from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a day out. Overall, the combination of good service and a strategic location makes Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay Batam a great choice when visiting Batam. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others looking for convenience and reliable hospitality.
