Wonderful hotel!!! The service, cleanliness, food, and activities were all top-notch! The hotel offers lovely complimentary touches like free lemon tea in the fridge, a bag, a scarf, and local coffee. In the evenings, they bring pastries to your room. The coconut balls are absolutely amazing! During the day, there are free snacks and refreshing drinks. There's also a happy hour – buy one cocktail, get one free. We experienced the dinner buffet, which was excellent! You can even try their famous suckling pig. Breakfast offers something for every taste! There's also a restaurant on the second floor with incredibly large and delicious dishes. The hotel's massage service was also great; you can choose between a 1-hour or 1.5-hour session. They offer free bicycles and boats. Definitely take a boat ride; you might spot sea urchins, starfish, and small fish. You can use the bikes to explore the town. The gym is excellent, with everything you need, plus air conditioning, towels, and water! The pool is clean, and the water temperature is very comfortable. Archery is also free. Swimming from the shore in the sea can be a bit challenging as it's very shallow, but you can take a boat out to deeper water for a swim. And the sunrises here are incredibly beautiful! If you want to visit the underground river or other attractions, you can arrange a tour and rent a car at reception. It might be more expensive than in town, but you save a lot of time. We rented a car and drove to the beach ourselves. It was an hour's scenic drive, and you're there. They even provided us with a bag of beach towels for the trip. During our 4-day stay, we never felt any discomfort; everything here is designed for guests. The staff are the most smiling and responsive! We will definitely return to this hotel chain again!!! From check-in to check-out, the staff provided excellent customer service — always warm, attentive, and eager to help with a smile. They truly made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, the linens fresh, and everything—from the bathroom to the minibar—was spotless. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, perfect for unwinding after exploring the beautiful sights of Palawan. One of the highlights of my stay was the morning breakfast buffet. It offered a great variety of local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. From tropical fruits and made-to-order eggs to Filipino favorites and good coffee, it was the perfect way to start each day. The dining staff were equally wonderful—friendly, efficient, and attentive. Considering the high level of comfort, cleanliness, and service, the affordability of this hotel is truly impressive. I really love this place! It's super close to the mall, which is great. The staff is so nice, especially the lovely lady at the front desk. She's just the best. The room is spotless and the hot water is a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: - friendly staff, they never fail to greet or smile when we cross paths - spacious room - no charge for extra blanket - satisfying meals every breakfast - place is near the airport Cons: - the air conditioner is noisy when it’s turned on - weak water pressure from the bidet - takes a long time to refill water in the dispenser

Great service . They are always friendly and helpful. Food is best I had in years if I compare another hotels . And bug bonus is that the kit hen also make food on demand . So if not on menu they do on request and it is worth to pay some extra money. Only downside is that trip.xom do not mention that beside the 30 peso terminal fee . And then on tge another side you need to pay 120 peso tourist tax . And as last 300 peso each person to go to the hotel. But for sure I will go back there

The location isn't bad, but it's on the opposite side from the airport entrance/exit, so just keep that in mind. There are several restaurants within walking distance, so you probably won't be too inconvenienced. This time, my purpose was just to sleep there, so I didn't prioritize the 'hotel life' experience much, but if that's important to you, this might not be the place. The staff were perfectly fine. The breakfast wasn't luxurious, but it was tastier than I expected.

we choose the ground floor for our rooms . chk in 4 different times and f/desk was awesome. (Would be nice to be recognizedby the name since we chk in 4 times in a span of 9 days.all our booking were online. Friendly staff and clean rooms. restaurant was great .good selection. Would love to see papaya, pineapple, mango fruits , pandasal consistently on the bufffet offering. first room114 aircon is noisy. rm 116 rm aircon is way less . Clean rooms. Patio had one chair. would be nice to have two chairs and a table for morning coffee , and pm drinks . Roof top swimming pool and bar n food was great. Chk out the 3-6 happy hours for cocktail. great selection of good drinks . spa was ok.

We really enjoy the stay. Natuwa din kami dahil the receptionist is a muslim in hijab. The foods are okay. The pool we really enjoy it. And our room with a nice view so relaxing. We will surely be back.

The hotel room is very spacious . The room is perfect .i enjoyed staying at the hotel, the staff and front desk is very accommodating. They are very attentive on what i need. The hotel is close to SM ,public market and baywalk. Which is really good. I wish they have pool so they can maximize the view I also wish the they have more equipment at the gym. Overall, this place is great spot. For those who like to explore the city.

Excellent service we've received. The staff were all polite, friendly & very accommodating esp with my request. Beautiful view of bay & Coron town, ignore the shanty area coz it's the trip we were after & friendliness of people of Coron. Everyday cleaning/making up our room & everyday bottled water provided. Good selection of food for buffet breakfast & freshly cooked when we had a la carte due to low season/less guests which is much better than busy😆
