Very enjoyed the hotel (in fact it is more like the gest house) - the room is new, clean, air conditioning good, lingerie and towels white, the administration super hospitality, there is a free transfer from the airport, to the center 15 min walking.
There are small wishes, suddenly the administration will want to improve the hotel even more))
Not enough:
A glass in the bathroom for toothbrushes, towels for feet, table or purse for a suitcase.
Otherwise everything is fine! Thank you very much!

The hotel lobby is well decorated and the hotel location is OK.
But the service is not good, it is just a facade.
Especially the service in the room is very poor, the slippers are not packaged, I don't know if they are new. There is still water on the toilet floor, I almost slipped.
The interior decoration is simple, the furniture has no texture, and the chairs are loose.
The swimming and sauna areas are not managed, and there is basically no service.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay. It was a short, last-minute business trip, so I chose this hotel. The Chinese-speaking staff and free airport pick-up were excellent, alleviating the feeling of being in an unfamiliar place.
The front desk staff were also very nice and spoke fluent Chinese – a big thumbs up!
Before leaving, they even helped me call a taxi and explained some important information.

This is a beautiful hotel, but I can't agree with the professionalism. The water was out for over three hours yesterday afternoon, and I thought I didn't know how to use the high-end facilities. I couldn't shower or flush the toilet. I called the front desk three times, but they were hesitant and wouldn't tell me the truth. Proper professional management should notify guests before equipment maintenance, not conceal the situation and leave me waiting.

以五星標準，環境普普通通，在杜尚別明顯有溢價。可能當地國際品牌酒店不多。服務態度很一般，早上航班落地，十點到酒店。前台經理冷冷的公事公辦地説跟我説房間是有的，不過現在入住要額外90美金，聽上去很不舒服。最終寄存行李外出轉轉在回來。出租車到達離開，都沒有人幫忙裝行李。房間兩次停電，保險箱也壞了，雖然都及時派了人來修好，但感覺還是不好

At first, I used *********** to select another newly opened 5-star hotel. The result was disappointing, so I chose the Serena Hotel again on Ctrip. It was very comfortable to stay in, and the breakfast was very rich and suitable for Chinese appetite.

FFirstmanonearthIt was a relaxing stay. The front desk was so friendly (as most tajik people i met in the country, really) and so helpful. They can assist you with airport transfers and money changing. While I didn’t get to take advantage of it, they also have free laundry and apparently snacks and drinks available for most of the day at the lobby which is a nice touch. The pool was refreshing and the ambiance of the whole place was just very inviting. I used the gym which had a decent setup, though the dumbbells stop at 50lbs and the only bench for barbell pressing was a bit rough to use and unstable. The breakfast was varied, with delicious beans and chicken, grilled vegetables, various cheeses, meat slices, sausages, salad toppings, and more. The real standout personally was the dessert. Brownies dripping with peanut butter and chocolate sauce and danish with berries, it was amazing! Will definitely stay again 👍

Massive room and quite modern, but…. Typical poor Chinese building standards. Plumbing smelt and a delightful piece of poo came floating out of the shower pan drain one morning. Suffice to say, I was somewhat disturbed.
The next day when a cockroach (I assume?) decided to fly (quite literally) out of the AC unit onto my bed, I woke up quite quickly, I must say!
Electric toilet was curious, if not a little confusing!
Lots of bathroom accessories though.
Get the plumbing fixed and the… hygiene looked into, and it would be very reasonable.

I thought Asia Hotel might have Chinese service, but unfortunately there is no 🈚.

Staff were very friendly and always helpful.We had to stay am extra night due to sickness and they were great.Breakfast was an amazing spread with home made jams and salads as well as a cooked breakfast of your choice of eggs meats etc.And tea and coffee cookies and fruit anytime you wanted it. Facilities were great with washing machine and drying.Cant recommend them highly enough

GGuest UserThe hotel is not bad, with a good location in the city center. The internal facilities are a little old but acceptable. The service and surrounding environment are all good. There is a Chinese restaurant downstairs, which is very convenient. There is also a business service center on the second floor of the hotel that provides business services specifically for Chinese people. Overall, it is suitable for people traveling on business!
