The service at Wanda Vista Hohhot is absolutely impeccable! They proactively contacted me about an item I left in the room, which was incredibly thoughtful. Every staff member is professional, enthusiastic, and attentive. The concierge helped with luggage and guided me; check-in at the front desk was efficient and smooth, and they patiently answered all my questions. Housekeeping was prompt, thorough, and kept everything fully stocked. The restaurant service was excellent, with a rich selection of dishes, and the staff consistently refilled tea and changed plates. I felt completely enveloped in warmth throughout my stay, with every detail perfectly executed, making me feel right at home. The hotel boasts a high-end environment and top-notch facilities, but the service truly is its soul. If you're coming to Hohhot, you must stay here!

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I immediately felt the staff's thoughtful service. They proactively took my luggage, handled my check-in with a warm smile, and even kindly recommended nearby food streets, instantly dispelling my travel fatigue. The location is excellent, and there's ample parking. The room exceeded my expectations, looking even better than the photos. The floor-to-ceiling window framed the city night view like a living painting, the bedding was incredibly soft, and the bathroom's hot water was quick and consistent. Such attention to detail truly made me feel at ease. The facilities are brand new and well-maintained; the laundry room alone had several dryers, and there's also a gym. But the breakfast was the most delightful surprise – a lavish spread of both Chinese and Western dishes. The coffee was superb, and even the fruit was so fresh, it tasted like sunshine. To my surprise, I even received a small souvenir upon check-out. This feeling of being truly valued added such warmth to my entire trip.

This hotel is brand new, and the rooms, ambiance, and service are all excellent. The breakfast spread is also fantastic. Right next door is their restaurant, which is perfect for group meals if you're traveling for business. There are plenty of dining options nearby as well, making it very convenient.

Our stay at this B&B far exceeded our expectations! First off, the location is absolutely stunning. We had breathtaking views of a majestic volcano right from our window, with private grassland scenery stretching out across the wilderness. The night view was truly spectacular – the stars and the volcano's silhouette created a scene that perfectly captured the 'Firefly Planet' nickname. Soaking in the outdoor hot spring while gazing at the starry sky was incredibly relaxing. Our room even had a smart ceiling window for stargazing right from bed. The afternoon tea was exquisite and plentiful, and the butler service was impeccable – they anticipated our every need. From the scenery and facilities to the top-notch service, it was a perfect holiday for complete relaxation. The on-site restaurant offered hotpot and Mongolian cuisine; the roasted lamb chops were wonderfully crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The coffee was excellent, and the 'naipizi' (milk skin) coffee was a creative and innovative touch. There were so many great choices. This place has definitely made it onto my list for a second visit!

The hotel exceeded my expectations! 👍 Its location is fantastic, right near Dazhao Temple, with a direct path to Saishang Old Street, yet tucked away for a quiet stay. You can step out and immediately enjoy Zecheng ice-boiled mutton, and sleep soundly at night. The room had excellent heating, and the bathroom was spacious, equipped with a Dyson hairdryer and a smart toilet. The front desk staff was very helpful and considerate, assisting with my luggage upon check-in.

The room itself would have been fine if we didn’t see bugs or mini cockroaches in the room and in the laundry room which then made me itchy all night long. There’s also so much construction going on where you have to take an elevator first up to the 3rd floor then switch to another one to get to your own floor. It was so inconvenient. And the elevator hallways were so dark and creepy looking. There’s only one washer and one dryer and the wait took so long to use the machines. I waited until midnight to be able to do my laundry. So inconvenient. I also really dislike the wet shower and they only provide disposable towels which I also absolutely hate and is so unenvironmentally friendly. The breakfast was limited in options and despite them saying it was available until 10, at 9:45 they were already putting everything away. The staff weren’t that friendly upon check in but at check out they were very friendly.
