This was my first time staying here. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly.
The only disappointing points were:
1. The sound of footsteps echoed from the room above, and the sound of the door opening and closing from the room next door echoed (maybe they were jumping around?). This is a matter of morals on the part of the customer, so it can't be helped.
2. Even though I had heard about karaoke at the front desk and was told to do so, I was asked to leave within 10 minutes because I had forgotten to make another reservation.
3. When I checked out, the charge for a chuhai that I hadn't ordered was added to the bill. I noticed this and asked for a breakdown, but as a foreigner, it was difficult for them to understand.
If possible, wouldn't it be better to show me the breakdown along with the price before paying?
The food and the staff's service were very pleasant and I wanted to come back, but it was disappointing that it was followed by ② and ③.
The room was clean, but there was dust between the air conditioners or the building was old, so it smelled a bit peculiar. But after sleeping overnight, you get used to it. ㅋㅋㅋ Except for this, all the staff turn the translator and check it carefully and are very kind. When all the restaurants nearby were closed, I couldn't eat, I gave them cup noodles, or drove them to the convenience store in front of the station. It's a bit eerie when you come out of the hallway at night. On the first day, when I went to thunder and lightning, I was completely scared and almost peeed ... But for me, it was a different experience, so it was good. ㅋㅎ If you come here, you will have to buy a lot of food in advance at the convenience store. And breakfast wasn't bad. I ate deliciously.
The conclusion was not bad overall. It was nice to have a unique Japanese feel. There is no place to eat nearby, so you have to buy it in advance. I went to Kamai and Yuhigaura Beach and it was pretty ~ All the staff are friendly and nice ~
This hotel is conveniently located with easy access to transportation. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are warm and attentive, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and is of good quality, providing excellent value for money. The overall environment is quiet and ideal for relaxation. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time and highly recommend it.

We stayed with 4 family members and 1 dog. Anyway, the location was great and I took a walk in Kiyomizu-dera and Gion with a dog. The room was small for 4 adults to stay, but it was clean and easy to spend.

The rooms feature a modern design with wooden furniture, and the hotel environment is very pleasant. The lobby's public areas offer lounge sofas and coffee tables, as well as shared co-working desks, catering to various guest needs. It feels very vibrant, suitable for both leisure and business travelers. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the bedding is extremely comfortable. The hotel's overall architecture, with its red bricks and black grid windows, is both classic and contemporary, blending well with Kyoto's traditional wooden building style. The first floor houses a stylish small shopping center, Shinfukan, with trendy brands, which is quite interesting. I would definitely choose to stay here again. I'd love to know the brand of the mattresses and pillows, my daughter really enjoyed them!
Facilities: Livemax – I stay here often in Japan, and their facilities are really comprehensive. They have everything you need.
Cleanliness: Pretty good, didn't notice any major issues.
Environment: There's a convenience store nearby, and it's about a 10-minute walk to the JR station or subway.
Service: Minimal interaction, you just check in and out.
The first time I stayed in a pet-themed hotel, I was worried about hygiene issues such as hair at first, but I stayed for two days and the hygiene was very clean. I didn’t see the worrying things. The room was separated from wet and dry. This was very happy. The room was one bedroom and one living room. The space is oversized. The bedding is also very comfortable to sleep barrier-free, all aspects are very clean and tidy, the surrounding facilities are also very complete, subway, bus, very close
The location of the hotel is relatively rural. From the road, the building is very low-key, but entering the inside is infected by the warm and elegant atmosphere, especially when you come to the room, the floor-to-ceiling windows on both walls can see the beautiful scenery from the lake sunset, and the sunset time is reflected in the sunset. Dinner is a surprise, the crab meat package is launched in winter, but the Italian cooking method is used, the rich sauce makes the crab meat very delicious, the soup, spaghetti, pancakes are unforgettable, the grilled crab meat is then dipped in the crab paste sauce, rich in layers. Breakfast bread basket scrambled egg cheese, full weight, fresh and healthy. Every staff member. Very proactive and courteous, will nod to say hello until the guests leave. The introduction of the dishes is as hard as possible in English as possible, which made my stay very pleasant. In addition, the hotel also has a hot spring although not big, but because there are not many guests, I am a person to use, open-air massage hot spring can see the lake and the starry sky can enjoy a quiet atmosphere.

JjollyhauI'm a fan of Ohno-kun and I've always decided to stay here when I came to Kyoto. The staff are very kind and have everything you need, such as pigment washing, toothpaste, yukata. He asked me about breakfast time the night before, and the breakfast was very luxurious and even coffee was prepared. I was able to enjoy a traditional Japanese inn comfortably.
And the landlady showed me a private selfie photo taken by Ono-kun for the fans who stayed here recently, and I was really impressed by the kindness 😭 I was able to stay here. It was the happiest moment of this trip!

KKaciThere was no evaluation when booking this hotel, and there was no room photo. There was a small courtyard photo. Looking at the atmosphere, I liked the Japanese-style courtyard. I actually found that it was completely different from my imagination. In fact, it was the old house I lived in. It was very old and had two floors. The yard is very small and can be ignored. This price is suitable for many people. It is not cost-effective for our family of three. It is disappointing.

小小昭小昭Good location. It is convenient to take the railway from Osaka. There are buses around to reach different attractions and there are different convenience stores nearby. The environment in the house is very comfortable, the space is large and well equipped. recommend.
