I often travel to Nigeria for work, and this is, hands down, the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The three meals a day are incredibly rich and delicious, with a variety of dishes every day. I particularly loved the stir-fried pork with chili and the stir-fried tomatoes and scrambled eggs – honestly the best I've ever had, especially with more egg than tomato, which was a first for me! And the spicy chicken was fantastic too. Next time I'm here, I'm only staying at Nonfan Hotel!!
The experience of staying at the Grand Hyatt Lagos on this business trip is excellent, the overall environment is elegant and quiet, and the location is very convenient. The rooms are well-lit, clean and dry, and the supporting facilities are complete and complete. The staff is meticulous and thoughtful, and the people are gentle and caring. The taste of the meal is suitable for Chinese eating habits, and the 24-hour security is reassuring. It is an excellent accommodation choice for business travel in West Africa.
Environment: The environment is quite good for Lekki. The hotel is located in Lekki, which is considered an affluent area. It's quite safe outside, with two security gates.
Service: This is another home away to Chinese people in Nigeria. I think the service is the hotel's biggest highlight. The local staff are very well-trained and greet everyone with a nod.
My experience at the hotel was great! The food was good….healthy and tasty. The service was satisfactory from each and every service personnel and staff. When I make a complain, they attend to it immediately and see that the problem is solved. The facility looks new external and internally. My time at the hotel was well spent and I had a good night sleep. The bed was comfortable and clean.
I look forward to booking this hotel again.
