Where to start... the hotel is beautiful, and the decor is thoughtful. All the latest technology, but still charming and warm details. We stayed on site for an event and never stepped foot outside the hotel until valet brought us the car the next day. Every employee we encountered clearly loves working here and with one another. This was an expensive room - but no more than the RItz or the Roosevelt where the service can be very ”cool” or stuffy. Special thanks to Damien, the sharply dressed Valet attendant. He is so stylish, we had to make sure we were handing the keys to an employee!! Excellent brunch the next morning. Pool deck was lovely and the hostess waited on us personally.

Loved loved this Amazing Plantation and Gardens. The Houmas House and Museum are just astonishing. We stayed two nights in a gorgeous junior suite. Very plush, very quiet. Every amenity you could think of. Very comfortable bed too!! We had no issues walking anywhere and we had use of golf carts if we needed them. We had dinner in the Carriage house. One of the best dinners we have had in a long time. Excellent attentive service. Food was amazing. Redfish, scallops, pumpkin and crawfish soup, and to die for white chocolate bread pudding. Along with great cocktails. Could not have been better!! Oh and the buffet breakfast in the am that comes with your stay here, is outstanding!! Fresh coffee, orange juice, grillades and grits to die for! Eggs, sausage, eggs and ham, homemade biscuits, potatoes, fresh jams, yogurts. What a spread. The grounds here are more beautiful than anywhere we have seen traveling all around the world. Black swans, white swans, ducks, peacocks, bunnies. Loved our stay!! Will be back. Loved the resident labs too. ❤️

Great staff,check in was simple not hard at all,a little rough around edges ,but stay was pleasant,shopping places are near,lots of food eating places that are close,plus an Walmart less than an half of mile walking distance #oldgentilly

I was very impressed by the cleanliness of our room. All of the other hotels in this area where around $300+, so when we saw $125 we were sold! The room had been recently remodeled. And it had wood laminate flooring. I loved that feature, as I feel hotel carpet is gross! My only complaint would be that it smelled like smoke, but that's the case in old motels sometimes, no matter how many coats of paint you slap on. That prob wouldn't be the case if you requested a former non-smoking room. I didn't think about it though. We were not at all disappointed, especially for the price!

I have to commend Shundreka Glass, and the entire staff for everything they did for us. We stayed at this hotel for my wedding and was given the presidential treatment from everyone especially Shundreka Glass, Mrs Christina you ladies was quick, friendly, and so loving to my family thank you again we will be back. 💖💖💖💖

Nice clean new rooms, newly renovated rooms with best price I would say because it's very clean rooms but that price is actually worth it because staff is very friendly as well plus with that kitchen I have in my room is cherry on top definitely recommended

This was my first time in NOLA and our stay was awesome. Prior to our arrival, they called to let us know they were out of kind rooms, but UPGRADED us. They were welcoming and ready for us when we got there. Recommended a safe space to park our car (they do not have parking on site). Don’t know if i’ll come back to NOLA but would definitely stay here again!
