Seaview room, but the sea view was largely obstructed by trees. Still, overall it was pretty good! The breakfast was quite rich with many options. It's considered a relatively high-end hotel in the area!

I agree that the receptionist doesn’t understand how to attend costumers. The dining room (all inclusive) was annoyance . People have to go and get their food and drinks and so on.. Three times my food was taken away from the table while I was getting coffee or dessert. Even after my 1..complaint it still went on. Internet is rather bad and weak. But à great place to be

It was the off-season when I stayed there. All the resorts in Golden Beach were dark, except this hotel with a casino. The breakfast and dinner are great. Parking is free.

I stayed here off-season, so I paid small money in an area that is quiet out of season . My room was excellent, more like an apartment and for only 20euro a night ,but the biggest problem for me was the complete lack of hot water for my shortened stay as I needed a hot shower and feeling good again after 3 days on the houf.

I arrived with children later, 10:30 p.m. Staff meet us , help send baggage and offer drink water. Room big and comfortable and we good have rest. Location between two hot mineral water pool wery convenient for wisit booth location. Morning have bracfast in local restaurant, until evening can order food there.

I was shocked to see how clean and organized Perla is. For the price I paid, I didn't expect anything, but the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, I really want to thank my housekeeper for doing such a good job every day-she made me feel special! The breakfast in the morning was also great, and the swimming pool and parking lot were great. I really appreciate all the staff and Pella Hotel for making my trip so easy. I was shocked to see how clean and organized Perla is. For the price I paid, I did not expect anything, but the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and most importantly I want to thank my maid for doing so well every day-she made me feel special ! The breakfast is also great, the swimming pool and parking lot are great. I really appreciate all the staff and Perla Hotel for making my travel so easy. Обслуживание, скажу так приятные люди, в общении и без, опрятные, любят помагать , обращают внимание на просьбы, очень чисто и комфортно.Еда очень скромная, но достаточно вкусная !

Fast elevators, efficient and quiet air conditioning, and a TV with a working remote. Left luggage facility, 24-hour reception, and tasty meals. Downsides: No drinks included with dinner for the half-board option (breakfast + dinner) – they could have at least offered water for half-board, with soda, wine, and beer available for an extra charge. No payment terminal at the hotel bar. Housekeeping wasn't very thorough – they came daily but only emptied the trash twice. I had to bring toilet paper myself from reception. When I left a tip, then I even got clean towels.
