During the second week at the hotel, I wanted to change rooms. They gave me an upgraded room, with a bigger TV, better curtains, a coffee machine and a kettle.
Excellent view from the room and terrace.
Breakfast is practically the same every day. Over time it becomes dull.
The hotel is well modern, good food, well-educated staff, the pool is good, but could be thicker and it makes very cold when it's out, I've never seen a pool area with so much wind, but I recommend the hotel!!!
I chose the architecture and the proximity to the lake, and it is a very impressive building, but I didn't feel comfortable during my stay. I'm used to a very specific profile of customers, foreigners, older people. The city has a reputation for lobbyists in the proximity of the presidential palace. Some staff were very careful, with the focus on the coffee supervisor, very sympathetic. However, for more than once, I felt being treated with a hardness as a reception official and I was followed by security when taking pictures from the surroundings.
Service was very good, staff were very helpful and polite.
The facilities are great, living up to 5 stars.
Very good hotel to stay as a couple or family
Excellent hotel, everything new and very well maintained. Large room with an incredible view of Brasília. Extremely friendly and attentive service. The only drawback, as I understand it, is the restaurant is outsourced, which doesn't do justice to the hotel's excellence. The food is very, very poor, and the service leaves much to be desired.
The experience at the hotel was great! The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable and the service attitude is very good. The location is excellent, very close to attractions and business districts. The hotel also provides a rich buffet breakfast, which tastes beautiful. Highly recommended to all travelers!

AAlfiusThe reception was very professional and helpful. He speaks many languages, very professional. The room service also very fast and the food was so amazing. The location is very strategic near to Conjunto Plaza Shopping and so many eateries around the hotel. Unfortunately the swimming pool was on maintenance.
OOlavo KochiGood morning! I was given a standard accessible room without requesting it. They could have at least informed me at check-in that the bathroom sink was clogged, but nothing was done. I requested two blankets, and they only provided them on the second request. Given the hotel's standards, these are simple details that need attention.
WWalesca Barbosa de Souza TonháThe hotel is luxurious and has a very careful facilities. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a legal view of the city. The breakfast offered by the hotel is a real delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The location is excellent, near important tourist points and with easy access to public transport. In addition, Windsor Brazil is highlighted by its commitment to cleaning and safety measures, which makes me feel very comfortable throughout the I recommend this hotel to all visit Brazil.
GGuest UserInternet and television didn't work properly, the technician only came to the room the next day at 7 am. Leaking bathroom stall, bathroom sockets not working. Charging for breakfast, which had already been agreed upon when purchasing the reservation.
HHANYONGThere is no kettle, I asked the front desk to ask for it, and the answer was: I gave it to you and the others were gone. The room facilities are old, the gym only has three treadmills and few other equipment.
GGuest UserOnly 2 things disappointed me during my stay, room 315, the shower, the water had little pressure causing the shower to drip in some places and in others the shower to be very thin and weak, and the bed we booked was a queen-size, but the room had a double bed, our nights were not well slept.
