Hotels With Pools in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil

Hotel sensacional.

Amazing experience. Probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The combination of facilities, luxury and service was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left the hotel. Unforgettable moments for us. It will certainly be a must-see on our next trip to Brazil.

The experience was incredible! Outstanding service from the very first contact. Wonderful team! The afternoon tea and breakfast were delicious. The hotel’s structure is beautiful and cozy, providing an excellent experience for the guests. Congratulations!

Wonderful place, I am very happy, service level 10, clean facilities, well organized, delicious breakfast, we have lunch at the hotel, good food, very few types of fees charged per person. We will be back.

The overall stay experience is very good! The hotel is strategically located and it is very convenient to travel and eat. The check-in and check-out efficiency at the front desk is high, and the staff is warm and polite. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was acceptable, the toiletries were complete, and the hot water supply was stable. The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, and there is no smell for ventilation. The public area is clean and tidy, and the sanitation is cleaned in time. Cost-effective online, quiet and comfortable living, will give priority to this next trip, it is recommended to stay!

The first time I came to this beautiful city and this beautiful hotel, I still feel very good, the surrounding facilities are complete, the supermarket is more convenient to eat! The room is quiet! Will come to stay here next time. The front desk is warm!

We are always very well-served, everything very clean and organized, we are in the tower where the right of the entrant enters, we are a little uncomfortable with the noise of the event. In October we should go again, we would like to stay at a higher floor. Also, at a constructive level of criticism, compared to once again, the breakfast was not so good, was well filled and we noticed a lack of organisation.

A recepção é maravilhosa, todos muitos cordiais e simpáticos. Certamente voltaremos

The service note 10 , however , I think that when vcs confirmed the reservation should be written there that at the hotel they will charge service fee , in my only written that I had to pay at the hotel a fee of 7.82 and when I arrived there at the time of exit they charged Almost 50 real service rate I think it has q to be specified just below the values to be able to make a comparison between sites
