We booked a suite with a 270-degree view, with a river on one side and a city view on the other, which was great. Sunny in the lobby was very friendly when we checked in. She took the initiative to introduce us to the surrounding delicacies, wrote them down in detail on a small piece of paper, and sent us some fruit. The breakfast on the second day was also very rich. I especially want to say that because my second sister Hongdou had red bean paste in Wuhu the day before, I saw it in the hotel this morning, so I was very excited. There is a conflict between the children's breakfast fare when checking in on the day and the actual payment on the second day. The staff explained that it was the difference between booking on the day and booking in advance. The fruit in the restaurant is on the edge. The fruit on the first and second days is exactly the same, but the watermelon on the second day is sour (could it be left over from the previous day?). Also, during the meal, I saw an elementary school student picking up food with his bare hands in the snack area and putting it back, repeatedly. This is not good... This is a bit... The taste is salty, suitable for friends with heavy tastes. Overall, the experience is average. Highly recommend the InterContinental Hefei! 👍 It's centrally located by Swan Lake, close to Anhui Museum, Hechai 1972, and Leijie, making getting around super convenient 🚗. The room was spacious and comfortable 🛏️, equipped with an air purifier, and the bathroom was clean with no strange odors 🚿. Our dedicated butler was fantastic, providing attentive and thoughtful service 💁. They proactively offered us a quiet, non-smoking floor and even helped us order food and deliver it to our room 🍜. The kids were tired from sightseeing and were able to enjoy a meal as soon as we got back. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious 🍳; even though there were many people, everything was well-organized, and they even had some special Hefei snacks. Overall, a perfect experience! Kudos to all the staff. Staying here with kids in Hefei was incredibly stress-free. We received a lovely welcome gift upon check-in and a fridge magnet when we left, which made us very happy. Highly, highly recommend! ✨

Booked through Ctrip, and they really treat Ctrip guests well. The staff were super friendly, and our room even got upgraded! A special shout-out to Xiao Song at the Grand Hyatt's front desk – her service was incredibly fast. She responded to our requests within literally 10 seconds, which was amazing. Also, even though the Grand Hyatt opened in 2019, the hotel is really well-maintained. It was quite busy during the Chinese New Year, but there were five or six staff members at the entrance helping with luggage and assisting kids getting in and out, which was a really nice touch. The room was huge and spacious, and despite the hotel being a bit older, there were no strange odors. I'll definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt again next time I'm in Hefei.

I have to give a huge shout-out to Cece, our concierge in Hefei! Her professionalism and efficiency are simply top-notch. She knows everything about Hefei's attractions and cuisine like the back of her hand, and the itinerary she planned for us was perfectly balanced – a great mix of classic sights and delightful hidden gems. Cece was incredibly responsive and always on top of things, even more so than us when we encountered any issues. It's truly reassuring to have such a reliable concierge when you're traveling. Seriously, if you're coming to Hefei, you *must* reach out to her; you won't be disappointed!

The hotel is actually quite good, with complete facilities and clean rooms. The location is a bit far from the core area, but it is convenient to take a taxi. On the day of check-in, we encountered *** guests next door. The soundproofing was average. They quarreled all night long and the noise was audible. Complaining to the front desk was of little use. I felt helpless.

The drinks in the refrigerator were free and there were super rich welcome fruits and good night sweet soup. I stayed in the hotel before. I have never seen such sincerity.
