Traveling with my parents, our main requirements were spaciousness, cleanliness, and warmth. The two-bedroom suite we booked was very spacious, and the washbasin had two sinks, which was very convenient. The cleanliness was excellent, and the service was warm and welcoming. They responded to any questions immediately. For the air conditioning, make sure to select the heating mode first, then press the auxiliary heating button, or ask the butler to adjust it for you. It's been quite cold lately, so we needed to use the heating mode. With the air conditioning on, it was very warm. The two-bedroom suite had two large beds and two air conditioners. There were candles in the common area at night, creating a lovely atmosphere. In summer, the swimming pool in the common area would be even more beautiful for photos.

Hotel Don Brashuberis Experience The experience of staying at the Tangbra Shuboris Hotel is great! The room is clean and tidy as a whole, the layout is warm and comfortable, and the living is particularly relaxing. The exclusive butler service is intimate and thoughtful, and you can respond in time if you need it, meticulous and warm. The scenery outside the window of the room is excellent, and you can see the vast grassland and the continuous snow-capped mountains by pushing the window. Between the Baili Gallery, the eyes are full of natural scenery of healing. The environment is quiet and beautiful, the service is intimate, and the accommodation is comfortable. It is a great choice for travel and accommodation in Tangbula. It is very recommended!

The hotel exceeded my expectations! The lobby is grand, and the rooms are luxurious and comfortable. The front desk staff, Xiaopa and Xiaoyi, are well-trained and responsive, readily addressing any issues I encountered. Their smiles are truly heartwarming. The hotel also offers a wide selection of red and fruit wines, making it a must-see for anyone interested in wine. Overall, this is an excellent hotel, highly recommended!

Let's start with the positives. The lobby is truly grand, and the price was reasonable. They upgraded my room without any hassle, and they provided purified bottled water (Baisui Mountain brand) with unlimited refills. However, the downsides were so bad that I literally couldn't sleep. In early April in Urumqi, the rooms facing the sun were probably around 30 degrees Celsius (86 Fahrenheit), but the air conditioning couldn't be turned on. Even with a fan provided, it was still unbearably hot, making it impossible to get any sleep.

We arrived Urumqi early in the morning, but we got a surprise coming at the hotel. All the staffs were superx3 nice and helpful. For check-in, a staff not just gave us a super early checkin, but she also got us an upgrade. Another staff was so patient with us to figure out how to help us for the airport transfer the next day, that she offered us an alarm call and help to call taxi to the airport. For the room, it is spacious, clean and warmly-looked. The settings is nice and comfortable. Toilet is spacious too, convenient for 2 to use at the same time, which I think good and smart. And finally, the special view to the park in autumn was so peaceful. For location, the hotel is near several attractions and you can take a taxi to Grand Bazzard with reasonable cost. Definitely and strongly recommended to anybody who come to Urumqi.

Being able to order room service was super convenient and quick, and the staff were always prompt and accommodating with any requests, clearly attentive to the guest experience. The hotel even has robots for food delivery, which is efficient, smart, and hassle-free, ensuring great security and privacy. It's fantastic to enjoy meals without leaving your room. Manager Coco's service was excellent as always – very thoughtful and enthusiastic. She pre-arranged my room and even asked about my preferences. The location is super convenient, very close to the airport, making travel easy, only 25 minutes away! The lobby is beautiful and decorated with unique Xinjiang characteristics. I highly recommend staying here! I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance!!

My top choice for hotels when I'm on a business trip to Xinjiang! It's clean, hygienic, and incredibly convenient for getting around, with all the necessary amenities nearby. Most importantly, the service attitude is excellent and very friendly, especially from the lovely Ms. Nur and the handsome Mr. Alpha, who provide very thoughtful service!

A very exotic hotel, very amazing, the supporting facilities are very complete, the swimming pool is large, there is a special area behind the hotel to play in the sand, next door is the night market, very lively at night, I feel that the grape season is more suitable

The kids loved the family room. The laundry service was also good; they could take your clothes to be washed, dried, and brought back. The young man at the restaurant entrance was very understanding; since we didn't have time for breakfast, I gave him three meal vouchers and some steamed buns and eggs to take away. Inside, there was a female supervisor with a bad attitude; while I was packing, she muttered that I couldn't take anything out, and it took her a long time to agree, while she kept staring at me, making me feel very awkward.

The hotel is new, with a few other hotels nearby. The rooms are spacious, and the service is warm and friendly. I stayed for two nights, and when checking out, the hotel gave me a small gift of snow chrysanthemum tea and a silk scarf, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast had a good variety, but the taste was just so-so. The TV remote in the room was broken or out of battery. Both nights, a staff member had to come to the room to turn off the TV, which was a bit awkward.
