Location very good, amenities fine, breakfast very average, facilities good apart from one of our group went to the hair dressers and got charged €77 for a wash and blow dry. After challenging the hairdresser she was told they used very expensive treatment on her hair. Hence two others cancelled their hair appointments. We will consider another hotel for our next trip.

Merit park was great as always, the comfort of our home in Kyrenia is irreplaceable. The staff is always there for you, the service is great, the food is nice, the room is clean, the facilities are unlimited, the casino is nice, what more could you want? Merit quality is not surprising.

The staff is friendly and attentive, but they are insufficient in number.
Even though we made our reservation on July 5, we were told that the reservation was not confirmed and the payment was pending. We made a one-night deposit. 1 day later, they said that the money was paid and the deposit was refunded to us.

You have to walk in the hotness for breakfast every day
The pool is small and there is only one
Going to the sea is not bad and difficult

A great place to chill, buffet breakfast, plenty of choice. Evening meal, plenty of choice and plentiful. Ideal for nature lovers with nearby hills for walking. Shuttle bus into town is ideal for visiting Kyrenia. Spacious accommodation, great views of sea and mountains. Swimming pool, is brilliant, when open, closed at moment due to low season and maintenance. Great place for family or lone travellers.

Since the room allocated to us was under renovation, we were placed in a random room after a few tries. The cleanliness of the room was bad. Especially the tops of the seats were in terrible condition. Likewise, the toilet was not at the desired level of cleanliness. The hotel is generally old and needs renovation.

KKatrin DRecommended. Hotel is superb. Very delighted at the price. There are several swimming pools + aquapark in the hotel. Good rooms, not tired, not killed. We had a room on the 3rd floor, with a chic view to the sea. There is hot water in the room. Free basket shuttle goes to the sea. The sea is chic, there are beach islands, shields, umbrellas. Beautiful, large territory. Bananas, grenades, oranges, lemons, grapefruits, oils grow. Booked a hotel for a day but stayed for longer. Beautiful and diverse dinner.

GGuest UserOur stay was ruined by construction work continued for 4 days during our stay and noise was immense due to metal rotary cutter and hammering noise around swimming pool. We requested higher floor and quiet accommodation at the hotel as we were going to spend time with 7 months grand child. No one helped us. Also next door ground digging work added more misery. They should have informed us before welcoming us there. We booked a suite and that was no good as it was duplex, so they gave us ordinary delux room but continued charging for a suite. No companencsation were awarded or offered.

GGuest UserNice facilities with excellent pools, water park and beach. We stayed in a bungalow which was infested with mosquitoes and smelt of sewerage. Dining was acceptable however seemed to be catering for 1000 people at a time. Dinner was ok and breakfast a lot better. It seems that the best facilities are reserved for the high rollers. We were invited to the hotel previously and had a fantastic meal in the main building however this time we left dissatisfied and won’t go back to stay.
