Generally we have enjoyed our stay! Wonderful location, view, many available amenities, deco of the hotel, family atmosphere, friendly staff and food -especially buffet. But the first cold night the heating, that we paid for, was out of service air condition and central. The people that were available to talk to at night in the reception weren't able to help. The next morning they manage to send a technician- that we demanded -and the problem was fixed but nobody came us to discuss any payback to us in any way as it was a lost paid service. Plus, despite that I have booked a room for two adults and two kids, 9-year-old and less than two years,they told me that they could not see that at their system. They said that, they will arrange it. Finally they charged us without any prior notice, despite I have paid online our stay.

The price of hotels in Cyprus is really cheap in the off-season. This price is very cost-effective for staying in all seasons. The hotel has a beautiful environment and its own private beach. Breakfast is in the garden, with green plants around the table and a koi pond next to it. Highly recommended.

The hotel is good, as is written in the reviews – close to the sea. We were lucky as the windows went straight to the sea and our room was closest to the pool. Breakfasts are good, can be eaten, good food (truly, olives are bitter sometimes), but uniform, maybe it will be for someone minus. Location is excellent, there are many cafes, a supermarket papas and a bus stop. Staff friendly and responsive. Rosetta is British, but there are connectors under type C. Of the downsides: do not issue single-time hygiene – vat discs, sticks, toothbrushes/paste

The location is excellent, three minutes walk from the beach, and the beach towels are available at the counter. The parking lot is in the building opposite. Friendly staff, many types of breakfast and fresh, the outdoor swimming pool is clean and tidy, overall it is a good choice Disadvantages: staff only use mop mop when cleaning the floor without first sweeping it, resulting in hair and other dust on the floor after daily cleaning. In addition, there are many problems with the equipment in the bathroom. There are scratched armrests on the old bottom of the bathtub, and the sink drain is faulty or may disappear. There is no water heater.

The location of the suite was worse than the normal room I had the day before: frontal sea view but ground floor, fronting the noisy pool area. The neighbors can directly see into your balcony. The artificial grass is getting really hot and “stinks” in summer. The suite itself is nice and has a warm design.

Very kind and responsive staff, very clean room. The room has everything you need to stay. Very satisfactory and delicious breakfasts I recommend this hotel.

I like this hotel. Clean, with good staff. Thanks to big girls at the registration bar, I arrived for 4 days but stayed for 10. All questions resolved promptly and qualitatively. At breakfast you will find everything you need. Fine and fresh food. I will definitely return again
