XxcratIts located at good location, 10 mins walk to convenient store. Its at sengigi but far away from other hotels, 15-20 mins easy hill walk to other restaurants. Theres a seafood restaurant nearby, but hotel restaurant is good enough with reasonable price. Bfast is ala carte and great. Beach is good but not for swimming. Pool area is great. We rent scooters from hotel arranged service. Its less than an hour drive to jetty to go Gili island. Not the best sunset area but sunset is one of the best ever. There are only few bungalows in whole hotel. Very quiet and i had a great experience in lombok, highly recommended and would definitely come back again for sure. Staffs are great and very helpful and friendly.

Gglobe trotter_I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice!
Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva.
Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice!
Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom!
Will definitely come back again!

The facilities were impressive, from the beautiful pool and spa to the comfortable, well-designed rooms, creating a perfect balance of comfort and luxury. GGuest UserWe had a great time at Qunci Villas Resort. The public spaces are all super neat and well maintained, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and between the endless options of excursios, experiences and selection of 4 restaurants you'll never feel bored. We stayed in the Qumbang Luxury villa and here are a few things and here are a few things you should know if you're considering the same. The villa is in a separate location from the main resort compound. It is across the main street and around 450 meters up the hill, so you have to ask reception for a ride every time you want to go between the resort and the villa or take a nice little walk. If you want to swim in the public pools as a resident of the uphill villa, the only restrooms available to you are in the restaurants. So it can get awkward slightly walking around dripping water or changing in there. Lastly, the resort is right on the middle of senggigi Beach, which is slightly narrower than the other parts which makes it inaccessible sometimes because the waves comes crashing against the resort shore. Which is fine because you can still walk to either side of the resort and access the other side of the beach beyond the resort grounds.

The hotel staff were not only very friendly but also went above and beyond to help with any issues, like checking my data balance and arranging a private car for three days. On top of that, the view was great – you could see the sea right from your window. The breakfast and dinner buffets also offered a delicious variety every day. The garden view room, being sea-facing and away from the mountain road, was very quiet. The only minor drawback was the water pressure, which was a bit low, and sometimes it took a while for the hot water to come on. Overall, though, it's highly recommended!

XXIAOYINGHotel location is good, there is a day trip to the hotel entrance, turn right and there is a hotel convenience store and cash machine, very suitable for a hotel, stayed for two days did not live enough, but also want to continue to live. The second floor villa, the living room dining room downstairs, there is a place on the right side of the balcony where you can soak in the hot spring. The front is directly connected to the swimming pool. The second floor is the bedroom. There is also a lanai. There is one toilet upstairs and downstairs. The second floor toilet has a bathtub, which is a bathtub. The hot water will not be hot for a while. The staff service was very good. I wanted to go to the hotel bar in the evening. The people in the lobby opened the battery car and sent us over. Then we finished the bar staff and called the front desk. He will pick us up again. From the hotel to the bangsal pier about 75 yuan.

GGuest UserThe two rooms booked online had been specified to be twin rooms, quiet environment, and adjacent rooms. The actual situation when we arrived at the hotel was one king-size bed room and one twin bed. The front desk said there were no twin beds, so we had no choice but to accept it. The front desk promised to change us if there were twin beds; one king-size bed was close to the road on the east side, and one twin bed was close to residential houses on the west side, which was unacceptable; we arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock, and the check-in told us that it would be at 3 pm, and check-out was at 12 o'clock 😂. We couldn't store our luggage at the front desk, so we went out to play. When we came back at night, we found that the king-size bed room was close to the road. Oh my god, there was a loud roar on the road every 10 to 20 minutes throughout the night, and we couldn't fall asleep all night. The next day, we saw that there was a double room to check out, and asked for a change. The front desk refused to give it and said it was booked out; the second night was even noisier. It was said that there was a motorcycle race. Two friends took pictures of the twin room to check out. They communicated in turns but it didn't work. My friend directly told the front desk that if he didn't change, he would check out. The front desk said that he could check out, but there would be no refund; there was no way to communicate with Ctrip customer service, ask for a refund, and plan to rebook the hotel. After breakfast, I was really annoyed. I communicated with them again, but they still didn't have any room. I had no choice. Changing hotels was not only expensive, but most importantly, I couldn't book a room. I had to insist on changing. After 1 hour of communication, a domestic friend happened to check out. The room was in the westernmost part, and it was a twin bed room. The beautiful lady who checked out helped to communicate with them, and they agreed to change us. It was a very unpleasant travel experience. I suggest that those who have trouble sleeping should never book this room. The room is not soundproof. The sound of motorcycles in the middle of the night is estimated to be more than 70 decibels. The key problem is that it is difficult to change rooms once you check in.

HHeronita PurnamasariThe bathroom smells bad, the water is sometimes small, but the hot water works well. The room lighting is not good, so the room feels scary. The room facilities are quite complete there are toiletries and coffee makers, but we got our bed sheet with holes and the power outlets are not much/hidden. Inside the room is quite clean but the facilities outside the room are not maintained well, the swimming pool water is green so think about swimming again.
For a pretty good location close to many centers because2, suitable for the last day before going to the airport.
