Our 4-night stay at the Mercure Bengkulu began with a rather unpleasant experience. As an Accor member—even though I didn’t book through Accor—I expected the same standard of service as at other 4-star Accor hotels in other cities. I really appreciate how they addressed and listened to our concerns and needs. Mr. Akbar, the duty manager, came to discuss the situation. He made a point to note that this complaint wasn’t about a room upgrade but rather about the guest’s basic needs—service satisfaction and comfort. He insisted on upgrading our room for our final night to help us have a positive experience at Mercure, and we could truly feel his sincerity—which is exactly what we needed as guests. We concluded our trip with satisfaction, knowing that we were heard and that Mercure responds quickly to continue improving.

The staff has been very helpful when we wanted to change the room they assigned to us. The first room is adjacent to a large container with water, which made the walls of the room damp and covered with fungi. The alternative room was comfortable for a night. We came with a driver, who found the hotel somewhat expensive for him to stay, but the hotel also has a guesthouse with a similar name and just next door.

Hotel Santika Bengkulu is very comfortable with clean rooms and friendly service. The location is strategic, the breakfast is delicious, and the facilities are well-maintained. It's suitable for both business trips and family holidays. Highly recommended! 🌟

When you get a suitable room... it's quite spacious, clean plus the breakfast menu is delicious... BTW, but on the 2nd floor, my sister-in-law's experience was that she got a room with hair, the AC wasn't cold, the toilet wasn't well maintained... but the staff immediately moved her to a room on the 3rd floor too... Hopefully in the future the details of each room will be better maintained...

The room is clean, nice, delicious. Wifi is cool and cool. In accordance with the request, it is recommended for those who want to stay cation with your partner in here. So overall it is good. The location is very strategic, it is close to the beach if you go to sunset

the facilities are quite complete, the gym is quite complete and comfortable although a bit narrow. but for this price, the hope is that there is a small refrigerator in the room.
