Really like the location, just beside the train station. The service was very good, they changed my room when I complained about the hair dryer that not working. The restaurant located nearby swimming pool, very nice view during breakfast
Excellent experience, however, some negative points to be highlighted.
At breakfast, the manager followed us to ask us to fix, even though we had communicated our room number at the entrance breakfast was understood. This situation has made us particularly bad for other customers.
In addition, after buying two cares for a sum of more than 1,700 dirhams, I wished to stay for a twenty minutes at the pool.
Except all that was Top
It's the first hotel I stayed in Meknes.
It's a bit far from the city center.
It's free parking, so you can park right in front of the hotel.
It was good, but it was during Ramadan.
I didn't have room service, so I went out for dinner.
I had to solve it. There's no refrigerator in the room.
It was a little uncomfortable.
The hotel is in a very good location. The public area is the destination of the trip, with Morocco and Fez characteristics. The room facilities are a bit old-fashioned. After two days of drinking in the hotel, the service staff's understanding of happy hour is quite different from that of the general public. It's not bad to communicate and coordinate with various departments in the hotel every day, just practice.
Nice hotel, it was good staffs and amenities. Cleanliness was good that I stayed with confortable. Highly recommend to stay here! But one of concern is Wi-Fi is weak in your room. However even if you detect these deficiencies, it is great hotel.
If you’re staying in Fes, I recommend you stay here. Staff are super friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself as a great traditional Moroccan feel. Mohammed et al. made us feel very welcome.
The location is great, walking distance from medina mazes. Brilliant stay and enjoyed Fes very much.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unexpected Moroccan traditional courtyard experience! **
The **Volubilis Hotel** that I stayed at in Fez this time was really great! The hotel is located in the old city of Medina, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the Blue Gate of Boujilou. The location is super convenient. As soon as I entered the door, I was amazed by the Moroccan traditional courtyard. The mosaic tiles and carved wooden doors are super atmospheric and beautiful for taking pictures!
Special thanks to our Chinese tour guide **Director Lin (WeChat: **********)**, who helped to book a price cheaper than the platform and upgraded the suite for free! The room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the terrace overlooked the panoramic view of the old city of Fez. Director Lin also recommended a super authentic tagine restaurant near the hotel, which was much better than the Internet celebrity restaurant!
The hotel service is also very considerate. The front desk is fluent in English and helped arrange airport pick-up and local SPA. You must try the mint tea and honey pancakes for breakfast! If you come to Fez, I strongly recommend staying here. Find Director Lin (WeChat as above) to book and you can also get a desert group coupon, which is super cost-effective!
Facilities: In Riad, the room type is huge and worthy of the title of suite suite. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is bright. The public area is definitely a ceiling level in Fesri. It is worth visiting to take pictures and punch in. After all, it is a 700-year-old building. But it is recently renovated, so don't worry about old equipment and facilities. The furniture and other materials are exquisite, and even snail technology. On the hottest day, my deluxe room air conditioning was not strong, so I upgraded to a family suite directly (other room types are full, it can be seen that it is very hot)
Hygienic: clean and tidy, whether it is in the room or in the public area, restaurants, etc., it can meet the five-star standard.
Environment: Look at the picture to know how beautiful the public area environment is. Mosaic walls, atriums, green plants, chairs, etc., all see the work. At the same time, the location is in the center of the old city, about 15 minutes walk from the parking lot. There are too many alleys. Remember to look at the hotel signs on the walls in the streets and alleys, and it is not difficult to find.
Service: The service is good overall, the staff in the hotel are very warm, the breakfast is full, and the terrace is dining, and the unique old town scenery can be photographed. However, the person who picks up the luggage is not a hotel employee, and needs to pay another handling fee (people are very hard to earn hard labor, no problem to give money, just ask the hotel in advance to communicate)
Anyway, one-stop recommendation!

YYongyuandeninghaiThe hotel's WiFi coverage is particularly comprehensive, whether in the room, lobby, restaurant, or in the corner of the corridor, the WiFi signal is very strong, there will be no disconnection. I have tested it in various places in the hotel, the speed is very stable, and the video, game, and download files are smooth. For those who need to surf the Internet at any time, such a comprehensive and stable WiFi is really important.

EEvgenii.GIn general, all was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful - they met us with tea and some sweets.
When we checked out - they guided us to the place where we could get the taxi.
The only one thing that good be better is breakfast - wanted to see cheese, tomatoes or olives.

AAnubhavThe hotel room and service was excellent!! They accommodated our every request we had asked for
Especially the sales executive Mr Siham Afkir was very prompt and helpful always
The location is off but overall the experience and quality of the hotel is very nice
Only negative would be the lack of choices for vegetarian food, which if added would really help the Indians to choose the hotel as their first choice.
TTallie LemesThis is a hidden gem of Fes 😍 we were very well treated and the room is cosy and beautiful. The shower head needs something to hold it in place so water does not splash all around but apart from that everything else was perfect. The night receptionist was amazing to make us some breakfast bags for our early trip the next day, and he helped with a taxi and all. My friend has done the hamman and loved it. Well recommended!
