This is a chain hotel, so the service is standard. When you arrive, you first fill out a paper registration form at the counter. Your proof of stay will be provided when you check out. If you're on a tight schedule, I recommend speaking with the front desk the day before. There's a mall, a supermarket, and a subway station directly across the street, making it very convenient for getting around, sightseeing, finding food, or shopping. It's also easy for taxis to find the location.

We were very pleased. Check-in and Service From the very first moments, we knew our stay would be great. The reception staff were welcoming and smiling. Special thanks for their flexibility: upon check-in, we were offered a higher floor. The service here is absolutely unobtrusive, yet very warm and attentive. Room The room has everything needed for comfort: cleanliness, nice amenities, and the bed is simply heavenly. The pillows, blankets, and mattress are perfectly soft; we slept like babies. Spa and Pool A huge plus for the hotel is its own spa complex in the basement. Everything is very hygienic; they provide slippers that are disinfected with a UV lamp – a nice touch for guest health. The 24-hour gym was also a pleasant surprise; you can work out anytime. Birthday Surprise Since we were checking in for a birthday, the hotel provided a wonderful compliment: they congratulated us with champagne and an exquisite pastry, and also offered a late check-out. Atmosphere and Location The hotel has a pleasant aroma throughout, and the location is excellent – all the best restaurants, cafes, and main attractions are within walking distance. We managed to relax both mind and body, even while staying in Moscow. Mövenpick is a solid 'five-star' and a true oasis of calm. We will definitely return to recharge again.

An excellent stay at Kempinski Hotel Moscow. The hotel is very close to Red Square, with a perfect and central location. The service is outstanding, and the staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the breakfast is delicious with a good variety. A great choice for anyone looking for a luxurious stay close to the main attractions of Moscow. Unexpectedly good, although not quite like a traditional hotel, but still very Millennium five-star hotel atmosphere, plus the addition of this ancient building. The room is very feeling, a bit old but very clean, very very clean. The facilities are ok and the mattress is very comfortable. This price is invincible

Absolutely delighted with my stay! The hotel is centrally located, reasonably priced, and truly lives up to its 4-star standards. It's just a 5-minute walk from Park Kultury station on the Metro's Red Line, offering convenient access to major attractions like Red Square and Okhotny Ryad shopping mall. Gorky Park is also only a 15-minute stroll away, with picturesque views of the Moskva River to enjoy en route. An Azbuka Daily supermarket (a popular chain) is located just 2 minutes from the hotel, which is incredibly convenient. Situated behind the embassy district and near Moscow State Linguistic University, the area boasts a rich cultural atmosphere and is pleasantly quiet. I highly recommend staying here!

Not bad, clean and comfortable. Stopped for one night, rest between flights. Taxi to the hotel didn't get loaded, had to go with things because you need to leave the application not pass. There is no website. But it was not far away. The staff is very welcome, helped solve all the issues. In general, a good hotel.

This trip was mainly for business and attending an exhibition. The hotel is not far from the Crocus exhibition hall as the crow flies, but the taxi route is a bit roundabout. Overall, the environment is nice, the breakfast is plentiful, and the place is clean. However, the service felt a bit lacking in enthusiasm, and the parking fee was quite high.

The airport hotel is convenient to go back and forth, half an hour of small bus shuttle, 15 minutes drive, the driver is very warm. Shopping near the hotel is not convenient, buffet food is very small, expensive, not cost-effective, the room is generally the same, five-star is similar to the domestic four-star, the single environment is not as cost-effective as the domestic, there is a buzzing sound in the toilet. Sound insulation is OK, not very noisy at night, there are a lot of crew members, the beautiful flight attendant ~ see one, this is a pity, the number of beautiful flight attendants of China Eastern Airlines is not as good as HNA.
