We had an extraordinary stay at the Radisson Medina. It truly felt like a five-star luxury experience from start to finish. The hotel was beautifully designed, and the breakfast spread was absolutely outstanding—so much variety, with both local and international options. Every staff member was attentive and so helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Radisson for anyone looking for a premium stay in Medina!
I had high expectations for Habitas, especially considering the price point, but unfortunately the service did not live up to it.
First, communication was a recurring issue. Several staff members, particularly at the reception, were not fluent in English, which led to multiple instances of miscommunication and incorrect information. For a property that caters to international guests, it is essential to have front desk staff who can communicate clearly and confidently in English.
The experience at Tama Restaurant was even more disappointing. One of the male staff members was noticeably rude. We were presented with the bill even though we had not requested it, which felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Additionally, when my friend, who had just finished swimming, was told she could not sit because she was wet, no alternative solution was offered. No bathrobe, no towel, no assistance. She was effectively expected to stand while eating. When this was raised, there was no apology or sense of accountability.
For the price charged, the level of service falls significantly short. Compared to other luxury properties such as Banyan Tree, where the staff are consistently warm and attentive, the difference in hospitality is very noticeable.
Habitas has beautiful surroundings, but service is what defines a true luxury experience. Unfortunately, that standard was not met during our stay.
The resort is generally very beautiful and highly rated, whether for location or cleanliness. Children will have a great time, and there are many activities for them within the resort. However, I was surprised that the women's gym doesn't open in the morning. I need to exercise at the beginning of my day, and no one had a key to the gym. It wasn't until noon that an employee arrived, and we found the air conditioning was broken. I hope they fix this.
The hotel is located in good place which is near to the port and near industrial area and the staff is behavior is very good but the rooms are very tiny and beds are very small.
The location is good, close to Elephant Rock and also near Winter Park, which is a tour pick-up point. However, getting from the room to the reception, pool, restaurant, spa, and fitness center requires a bit of a walk. Golf carts are available but often take a while to arrive. The shower was broken but was promptly fixed. Breakfast was delicious.
I was a bit worried about staying at the hotel with no electricity, taking into account dark rooms and lack of heater, but my experience went above and beyond any expectations. It is perfectly located in one part of the old town, right in the middle of everything. The rooms were comfortable, picture perfect and warm (I arranged for a heater). Staff was kind, attentive and very helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious. I couldn't have wished for a better accommodation.
Location not so far from haram.. a lot of local youngster hangouts with friends to drink a coffee here.. I saw many girls hair free here some of them driving and they having a short hair too.. modern Arabian
The place is beautiful and the reception staff are wonderful, but it lacks two things. Firstly, the air conditioning needs to be changed. It's a split unit, not central, and it's quite noisy in the room. Secondly, the smoke detector needs to be replaced. Its flashing light is very annoying when the lights are off, especially since it's directly above the bed, making it hard to sleep well – it's like someone is constantly flashing a light in your eyes.
My final and most important observation concerns the buffet, specifically the person preparing breakfast items like fried eggs. His attitude is bad, and his demeanor is even worse. When I asked him to make me eggs, he ignored me and treated me as if the eggs were coming out of his own pocket. It took me asking him more than twice before he finally made them, and he did it very begrudgingly.
A truly magical stay! The caravan set in the middle of AlUla’s mountains is a unique and beautiful experience I absolutely loved it. The staff were super nice and helpful, and the food was good (though a bit pricey).
A few small downsides: the AC in the caravan was quite loud, the room wasn’t very dark during the day, and it would be great to have a pool directly by the caravan instead of having to go to the main hotel, which is about 10 minutes away by car and golf cart. Also, during my two visits to the pool, I stayed for around two hours each time and no staff or bartender came by to ask if we wanted to order drinks.
Overall, despite these small issues which didn’t affect me much, it was a magical and memorable experience I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back again one day.

GGuest UserThe location and facilities are excellent. The only issue we faced was on the first night when the electricity went out at midnight for half an hour, then came back on, and two hours later, it went out again for five minutes. It was a difficult situation because we didn't know what was happening, and the front desk was far from our room, plus the phone was disconnected with the power outage. We received an apology message from the hotel manager along with a small cake. Other than that, honestly, the hotel is beyond amazing, and the breakfast is seven-star. The services are also worth experiencing, and we got a competitive price from the website, better than the hotel's direct price and other sites.

YYongyuandeninghaiThe staff were very attentive to service. When they saw us carrying large pieces of luggage, they proactively came forward to help and patiently answered all our questions. Their friendly attitude made us feel very warm.
