A good choice. Convenient location - in the city center, close to the sea, cafes and main attractions. Absolute cleanliness - high-quality cleaning, sanitary standards are met. Breakfast is limited (not in the buffet format), but everything is cooked delicious, hot coffee is also delicious. The staff is responsive and friendly. There is no refrigerator or kettle in the room we received. We were allowed to use it in the kitchen. During the eviction, there was a question about payment on the spot (twice, we paid via trip.com and the staff did not see this payment). Be careful! I recommend booking. Хороший выбор. В номере, который мы получили нет холодильника и чайника. Нам разрешили воспользоваться им на кухне. При выселении возник вопрос об оплате на месте (второй раз, мы оплачивали через trip.com и сотрудники не видели эту оплату). Будьте внимательны! Рекомендую к бронированию.

Sorry to say that we do not believe the hotel is up to its 5 star standard. It is a good hotel and the hotel does take care to look after it and make it enjoyable for people staying but if you are expecting 5 star quality it will let you down. In the room, inside the kettle, the coffee cup and the spoon were dirty (these hadn’t had a clean before us arriving), there was an awful sewage smell coming from the drain in the shower so bad that if we didn’t shut the bathroom door ah all times our room smelt revolting (this was room 336) I don’t know if it’s a general thing or just unlucky with the room. It felt like at times staff would favour people who have stayed at the hotel before (regulars) or people who had been staying there for a few days rather than welcoming new people. Finally, to top off our stay here, 5am we needed to leave for the airport, we asked the reception if he would kindly just call us a taxi, he told us this would be a charge of 250 DHR (we already knew this should have been no more than 150), we said no thank you walked into the street and got a taxi for 100 DHR. Very bad

A very good hotel with European-level service. The staff is polite and always tries to help. It was a pleasant surprise to receive a room upgrade with a sea view for my birthday. The breakfasts are delicious and offer a great variety. It's convenient to have a swimming pool. There's also a small pool on the rooftop, but we didn't use it as it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Even though I mentioned it to the manager at the reception, they only removed the floating debris, but the tiles remained just as dirty. We recommend installing a smart box to allow streaming from a phone to the plasma TV in the room. It's also conveniently located for getting to the train station, with a 2-hour train ride to Casablanca. There are many restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance.

The staff is incredibly friendly and made my stay as easy as possible. The rooms with mountain views can be a bit noisy as the road passes right below. The rooms with sea views are much quieter. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. I would definitely return.

Good area, kasbah medina within walking distance (10-15 minutes). The rooms are exactly as in the photo, small but clean and not tired, cleaning every day (quickly and cleanly). Our room overlooked the road but it was not noisy, inside the hotel it was also quiet. Breakfasts are delicious, buffet on the 5th floor, after 11 there is a restaurant there. Many thanks to all the girls at the reception, very friendly and helped with everything. Price-service is a very good option.

The location of the Ibis hotel was really convenient, and the room was comfortable enough for a few days’ stay. The amenities were quite basic though — just shampoo and a towel — but overall it worked fine for a short trip.

The location is excellent—quiet, away from the city’s noise, and offering a beautiful sea view that makes for a very relaxing stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the young staff were kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. I would recommend this hotel to travelers across different budgets. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The rooms rely on air conditioning for heating, which was not very comfortable. A proper heating system, such as external radiators, would greatly improve guest comfort. During my 9-night stay, this issue unfortunately contributed to me catching a cold. Additionally, installing bidets in the bathrooms would be a valuable upgrade, as this is an important feature many travelers appreciate but is currently missing. It is a relatively small investment that could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

The hotel is very well located, just few steps from the Medina, and it has a lovely view of the port. The hotel is renovated and the room was ver spacious and comfortable with good amenities such as different tables to place the luggage, spacious closet and a little desk. The bathroom was a bit old, and some things were a bit broken, like the trash can and the shower handle. I found a stain in the bed sheets and in one of the towels. But over all it was pretty good. The food was really good and the breakfast had a lot of delicious options. The service and attention from the Hotel staff was great! Always with a smile, speaking various languages and very helpful I would definitely recommend the place and will come back for sure!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Andalucia Hotel, and I must say, I was pleasant by staffs because staffs were more friendly then last vsit. The Andalucia Hotel's charm and elegance remain unmatched, with its stunning décor, comfortable rooms, and top-notch amenities. Overall, my experience at the Andalucia Hotel was truly delightful, Thank you front desk team they really do good job. Especially khaustha ( maybe i spell wrong ) & ikram and ayyoub is was always their and help me out i will go back soon again surely. Apart from restaurant staffs seems bit shy and not much attentive, and some few things which i don’t like was thier as well but few things can’t compare the good part. I hope my next day will be perfect.
