This is a pretty big hotel, and there were a lot of Chinese guests. To my surprise, they even had Chinese food on the menu! The front desk service was excellent. They helped me book a birthday cake for my son. The hot air balloon activity they recommended, which I booked a day in advance, also went ahead as planned. The staff member was great; they were worried I'd be concerned about paying for the hot air balloon in advance and not getting a refund if it didn't happen, so they gave me a receipt and a guarantee for a refund. Really fantastic front desk staff! 👍
The room is large, newly opened and very clean. There were people smoking in the hotel and the alarm went off many times at night, affecting my sleep. The breakfast is of group meal standard with few varieties and poor quality.
I highly recommend this hotel for below reasons
1. The hotel owner is very friendly and took me to the ATM and the entrance of Pamukkale himself
2. He gave me useful tips to avoid being overcharged when dropping me off at the attraction.
3. The breakfast is rich and can be refilled anytime, so as dinner.
4. Free Turkish tea is always available, the owner also gave me fig and walnuts.
5. I would have stayed longer if I had more time.Thank you so much
Super hotel! Very friendly staff, especially at the reception, thank you very much! The rooms are wonderful: there is a refrigerator, a balcony or terrace with a nice table. Most importantly, the air conditioning works properly, and there is excellent hot water pressure! The room is warm in winter and fall. Breakfast is a buffet, there wasn't enough porridge, but otherwise it was ok. We were checked in at 11 at our request, thank you for accommodating us! We will definitely be back!
Good place to rest for the night while visiting the famous pamukalle. Very nice host by the name of Jos (pronounced as Josh). Breakfast could be more fresh in terms of the cold ingredients they use but still they do their best. Would recommend for anyone who stays here a night. Unusual that swimming pool is open 24 hours 😇
A better hotel than we had been waiting for cooking. We are called a full price performance hotel. 2 adults are very suitable for 1 child. The breakfast is good. The staff guler sweet, gentle and related. Thanks :)
The staff/owners are very reserved and not particularly friendly, which may be due to the culture. However, all services are very obliging and excellent. For example, abandoned rooms were cleaned well before the agreed time so that waiting guests could check in as early as possible. As far as I could see, all rooms on the ground floor had chairs and tables on the terrace or balcony so that I could also sit outside the door. This meant that I could also work comfortably on my laptop in the sun with the good and stable WIFI. I particularly liked the very hot shower, which always smelled somehow fresh (thanks for that), extra shampoo and shower gel, air conditioning and not to forget even a pool. All things that I don't necessarily expect in this price range. Within walking distance of the only attraction in Pamukkale, the hotel is perfect. I would spend my three days there again at any time.
Nice thermal hotel - with thermal pools the hotel has many groups. Breakfast is ok. Dinner is limited choices. Nice swimming pool and hot thermal pools. Staff is courteous and friendly. I will come back again price is good.
This was the best hotel I stayed in during my 10-day trip to Turkey. The decor and management were somewhat chain-style. It was incredibly comfortable, even with the morning chanting. The price was reasonable, and the shower was incredibly refreshing and powerful, like taking a bath in a spa. The room looked exactly like the pictures. I forgot to take a picture.
The staff was also very friendly. The included Mediterranean breakfast was very good and healthy.
The temple and Pamukkale are located together. I recommend driving to the temple visitor center. Parking for cars is 120 lira. Visit the temple first, then Pamukkale and enjoy a foot bath. The entrance fee is 30 euros.

YYuen Ting MoniqueAll the staffs are extremely friendly and i cannot find any hospitality like this good anywhere else. There are always warm welcome tea and sweets, all served free of charge, they will assist you for booking any activities or arrange any transportation if needed. Special thanks to Mel for assisting me all the journey and all the kind offers. I had been to many 5 stars hotels and no place like here. The view is incredibly amazing and the room is clean with beautiful view. Location is convenient, walk within 8mins, there are restaurants and market, also the tourist spots is next to it. White heaven is the best hotel i've ever been, not just compare in Turkey but all around the world. Thanks again for the unforgettable expedience and memory! Of anyone looking for hotel in Pamukkale, you will never regret choosing White Heaven.
GGuest UserThis is the most cost-effective hotel for traveling in Turkey these days. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, and the meals are very rich, especially the Turkish kebab and flying pancakes. The hotel also has a real hot spring for free, which is great. The hotel is only a 15-minute drive from the Pamukkale scenic area. If you get up early in the morning, you can see the nearby hot air balloons from the window sill.

GGuest UserWould you like my honest opinion?
My first negative impression was upon checking in at the front desk. The manager was very surprised that we had arrived with our pet, a 3 kg Yorkshire Terrier. He spent a long time on the phone and was very unhappy when he was told over the phone that we could check in with our pet. However, both the hotel's website and trip.com state that pets are allowed! I specifically chose this hotel! I don't understand how the receptionist could be unaware of such important information and make guests worry. (After all, if he hadn't allowed us to check in, we would have had to find a new hotel immediately!)
Second, we booked twin rooms—that means there should be a door between the rooms, not two standard rooms next to each other!
Third, I can say about the food—it's available, it's safe, and it's delicious—but that's debatable. For breakfast, you can have an omelet or scrambled eggs prepared by a sous-vide. Fourth, I was surprised by the tea in the lobby, where a sign in three languages stated that tea was paid for, but no one paid for it—what's the point of that sign?!
The beds are quite comfortable, but the mattress is a bit hard for my taste, and the beds are narrow.
We were given attic rooms, and at 173 cm tall, I kept brushing the ceiling when approaching the bed.
I also arrived in a Tesla, which also influenced my choice of hotel. As a result, there was only one very slow charger, and there was a queue for it. I ended up charging at a neighboring hotel, which has four fast chargers and two slow ones. Overall, it's bearable for two days, but for me, five stars is too much for this hotel; four stars is the maximum.
And there's practically no parking at the hotel; all cars park on the street in front of the hotel.
DDonovan_ldidn’t know I had booked for 1 adult but had 2 of us. The room could fit 4 people, but the guy still insisted on charging extra for the one person So if one person can pay $90 for a room that can fit 4 people, then for 2 people I must top up additional $50? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway the thermal pools are dirty, yellowish, you can feel the sand at the bottom. The handlebar to the steps are broken. Maybe I am comparing with my experience in Japan so this definitely doesn’t match up.
