Hotels With Pools in Gaziantep Province, Türkiye

The hotel was really comfortable with its friendly staff. But there were some points that I had difficulty understanding: 1) There were opportunities for smoking in the rooms, and although it was prohibited, smoking was allowed in the rooms. 2) Paper cups were served instead of porcelain/glass cups in the rooms, which is not befitting of a 5-star hotel. 3) It seems that this hotel was designed for family travel. I see the lack of a suitable work desk in the rooms for business travelers as a shortcoming for a 5-star hotel. Of course, these are my priorities, they may vary from person to person.  If you don't mind the negative aspects I mentioned and you want to relax in Gaziantep with a great breakfast, I can say that Shimall hotel is one of the hotels you will prefer.

This hotel is perfect for families . Nice rooms and big clean. Close to the city centre. Just next to shopping mall. Friendly staff. I would recommend it.Mukemmel otel . Genis ve guzel odalar. Kibar personel. Tavsiye ederim. Tam aileler icin.

Was a nice clean and friendly environment everything was adequate. It’s great for a traveller who wants to be out and about and just a clean place to sleep with a breakfast that’s just enough. There’s a lot to see and do in the area so we did not spend so much time in the hotel room or the hotel itself other than sleeping and showering the weather was wonderful best time of year to be travelling

Nice and clean hotel with all amenities and services provided. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of variety of food.

The hotel was generally adequate, but in my opinion, not worth 4 stars. The breakfast was fine in terms of quantity, but really lacked flavor. Especially in a city like Antep, which is known for its delicious cuisine, I had expected more from this. The hotel itself looks outdated and is clearly in need of renovation. Although the bedding and towels were clean and I did not see any visible stains or dirt, there is definitely a backlog of maintenance. All in all, an acceptable stay, but there is certainly room for improvement, especially considering its classification as a four-star hotel.

The rooms are very clean and the hotel staff are very respectful and interested. Also as a location, very close to everywhere

Pros: The hotel is new, with modern facilities, convenient parking, and a welcome fruit platter upon check-in. Cons: It's far from the old town, there are no nearby attractions, the room still has a lingering smell of renovation, and the soundproofing isn't great. PS: It took me over ten minutes to find my booking upon check-in, even though it was prepaid, the front desk still thought it was payable on delivery. I had this problem at two consecutive Ramada hotels, so it seems there's a system connection error between Ctrip and the hotel.

房間乾淨舒適，就是臨窗有一點吵。前台很好，熱情幫我查坐車路線，早餐超讚因為有可選的菜和主食，水果甜。離市中心有點距離但樓下小火車可到。推薦！
