I stayed on the 11th floor, but we were woken up by extremely loud music at 1:30 AM. Apparently, there was a wedding. Our night was ruined despite being exhausted from travel at that late hour. The staff could only say, 'Yes, you're right.' We changed rooms at 1:30 AM, but even the new room on the 7th floor still had music noise. Did we come here to rest or to suffer? I will never stay at this hotel again, and I'll be sharing this issue with everyone I know.

For this price it's really very high quality. Very big rooms, feel so rich inside the hotel. Everything you're need from 5 stars. Also, it's a very nice city view.

It snowed every day; I hadn't seen natural snowflakes in ten years. Coming to Turkey, after a hot air balloon ride, it's straight to skiing. It's only a 1-2 hour drive away, so convenient! The hotel has free Wi-Fi; you can buy an eSIM outdoors. Buying a SIM card for Wi-Fi here is very cheap, averaging $1-2 per day, which is enough for messaging and signal strength.
