This location is conveniently located right off the interstate. The room is about what you would expect for a budget hotel except it is in need of serious upgrades. There was a huge hole in the wall of our room and numerous things needed to be fixed and repaired (cosmetic). The bed was clean and comfortable except for the pillows which were too bulky to sleep on. I used a towel for a pillow. Also there was a very loud vehicle running outside (sounded like a generator) until midnight. Not that this is the hotel’s fault but just shows the type of clientele. There weren’t very many vehicles there when we stayed. There are 3 other hotels in the same area (Wyngate, Comfort Inn, and one other that I can’t remember.)

Booked at a discount but still about $250 per night, plus parking. Very disappointing. Room was clean but more at a Motel 6 level. No bedspread or extra blanket, uninspired b/w sketches on the walls, no ”Colonial Williamsburg” ambiance, defective TV remote, cramped bathroom with no tub, carpet that appeared threadbare, and no housekeeping until 3pm. Reasonable if under a hundred a night but at the prices charged? Avoid, avoid, avoid.

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast were absolutely delicious and plenty. The staff are friendly. Highly recommended!

They had limited information about Businesses that delivered food in the area, so we grabbed a couple of the flyers they had. One was Emilio's pizza, which was their only flyer for pizza. We ended up ordering it and they charged an $8 delivery fee, and $25 for a large pizza, and other taxes, ended up being $40 for a pizza that turned out the size of a normal medium pizza and tasted like frozen pizza you buy at the supermarket. It was nasty and we didn't even eat it. Also, we asked to check in an hour and a half early, I am in a wheelchair and I was tired, they wanted to charge us $80, so we declined, being the room was already $128.00.

Lovely stay. A lot of parking lot. Breakfast has a good varity.

I felt very cozy. The content of the meal was very good. The staff was friendly. It is a hotel that can be seen comprehensively.

Front staff were all extremely friendly. There was a weird smell in our room, sort of a chemical odor. The location was very close to downtown so that was convenient.

The people at the desk were very nice and so were the housekeepers. The hotel was being renovated, but there were still rooms available. I had an excellent room. Very clean with a nice size TV, refridgerator, microwave, coffeemaker, hairdryer, and you could keep it very cool if you wanted. Not like some other hotels where they control the temperature. The bed was very clean and comfortable. The housekeepers were excellent and my room was always fresh and clean, with everything I needed. You could get coffee and continental breakfast in the morning that was perfect for me. Since I am not a breakfast person. The facilities were closed, because of the renovations, but that was okay with me. I would stay there again, if I was in that area. Oh and lots of shopping and restaurants close by.

Very nice place, friendly and calm people. They let us give them a little later.

Convenient transportation, excellent location, good breakfast, parking lot, staying at this hotel for the next trip, the hotel is very convenient to watch the performance in the historic attraction area of Williamsburg
