"We stayed at Swiss-Belcourt Serpong to celebrate a special occasion and were extremely satisfied with the experience. The hotel had prepared beautiful honeymoon decorations in our room and surprised us with a cake, which made our moment even more memorable and special. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth, and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is quite strategic, and the facilities provided were more than adequate for our stay. "The room was simply gorgeous. To be fair, the entire hotel looks well designed and maintained. The bed is so soft that we overslept everyday 😂😂The couch by the window is a nice touch to watch the views outside. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets while we were there. Food: The breakfast buffet includes western and Indonesian cuisine. I actually preferred the fruits prepared at dinner than breakfast. You can choose to eat at the restaurant on the 6th floor or ground floor, both serve the same meals at the same time. The prices are a bit steep but totally worth the taste. There is an ice cream bar on the ground floor😋😋😋 Amenities: There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 16th floor. The jacuzzi is large enough for a group of about 6 friends to comfortably sit in there. We had massages while we were there, quite an average experience. What was supposed to be a 90-minute experience was greatly shortened with no explanation. The facial was below average and should be cut out of the treatment if there are no individuals trained to provide the service. The massage rooms look spectacular with a private shower and bath. Perhaps include some aromatic elements to elevate the experience."

"Booked the smoking room which was my fault, then asked them to change to non-smoking then charge me separately, but the smoking room was very badly stink .. so I'd rather go to the room w/o bad smell ... breakfast was so so .. but they need to improve their coffee machine as the one they put outside is not generating real coffee ... taste is very bad and very low quality .. since I changed to non smoking room then I was fine .. Trembesi is busy then u can go here as it's just beside"

"Overall it was a very good experience for the price. I would have given cleanliness 5/5 if the pillow doesn't have marks though it is clean and the room odour doesn't smell strange. As for location, I would have given a 4/5 if the sound of of train keep disrupting my sleep. Food is easy to access but good food may need to travel quite a bit. Their highlight was their services. Always accommodating for any reasonable request that I requested. They were also fast in delivering their services. Their smile and politeness warmth the heart. Amenities were ok as they matched a 4 star hotel."

"The hotel situated at the south of jakarta 30mins from the suharto airport. The location of the hotel is good if you stayed and go on that area lile Aeon mall etc. However if going to Jakarta central it will be an hour or more due to traffic condition. Opposite of hotel their is mall with supermarket and few restaurants. The hotel is good with reasonable. I recommend this place if you are staying within this area."

"Staff are friendly, room is clean, just noisy when in the middle of the night. Because it is not soundproof. Whether it's the sound from the street or the sound of the next room who likes to scream"

"Hotel is good but there is nothing in the surrounding and therefore you need to get a car or taxi to nearby. However with the traffic in Jakarta , it means you have to wait for very long for the car to come. For business traveler who wish to have good rest, is best to get another hotel because there is a mosque just beside the hotel and the prayer starts from 330am to 430 am which disrupt sleep. I have stayed at other hotel before but never encounter this."
