新疆古生态园内有中国最大的汗血宝马展示基地、汇集了国内外名家油画作品的野马美术馆，另外还是一个真正的汗血宝马基地，每周都有马术表演。

野马美术馆在乌鲁木齐野马丝路驿站里，那里还有古生态园，住店客人可以免费参观，非住店客人可以买票进入参观，里面每天有马术表演（除了周一）。

很值得一去的景点，陈列了许多新疆风情的作品和人物画像，此外还有一些胡杨的照片，最吸引人的是野马啦，各种风格迥异、大小尺寸的油画照片描述了野马的生活方式、群居习惯、体态特征、特写镜头等，让你有一种身临其境的感觉，如此近距离的感受汗血宝马的英姿飒爽。此外还有两个汗血宝马的标本，多年过去了依旧栩栩如生。
