This hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient for getting around. It's right opposite a snack street and a subway station. The room amenities are comprehensive, and the room itself is clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The hotel service is excellent, with everyone being very welcoming. Parking is also very easy right outside the entrance. I really loved the decor.

This is an old five-star hotel. While the facilities are functional, they're definitely not cutting-edge or trendy. However, the environment is truly excellent. The hotel is nestled on a hill, offering a view of the East Gate Grottoes across the river. The top floor has a tea house with fantastic sunlight and views. There's a shuttle bus from the scenic area that drops you right at the hotel entrance, and from there, it's a short walk to the Longmen Grottoes, which is incredibly convenient.

If I could give 11/10, I would. I came on the day of the heaviest snow this year. Just when I thought everything went wrong, it turned out to be memorable. Flight delay, then airport delayed flight parking due to the snow. My booked Didi (another app) driver left. Was stuck in the ONLY didi driver’s shared car making its way from Zhengzhou to Luoyang — he drove from 11pm to 5.30 am going at 40 to 50 km/h because the roads were iced up and slippery (even his car had slid through and hit the barriers twice) . The owner added the driver’s contact and waited up all night until the early morning for me to check in and carry the luggage up.
The price, the location and the very nice owner make this homestay an excellent one — better than a hotel. There isn’t any elevators but the owner helps out with the luggage. The room is large and comfortable. He had turned on the heating for me before I arrived to warm up the room. The breakfast is delicious. The homestay is near to Luoyi Ancient city (a few minutes walk) and Luoyi Ancient City metro. His hand-drawn map highlights all the good spots. His daughter is adorable too.

Our stay here exceeded expectations! The room was bright with great natural light, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The soundproofing was excellent too. The front desk staff were very responsive, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

My last stop in Luoyang was such a pleasant surprise! The butler-style service made me feel meticulously cared for the moment I walked in.
I booked a courtyard hot spring room, and it just so happened to be snowing heavily in Luoyang. Soaking in the hot spring indoors while enjoying the snowy courtyard view was absolutely blissful!
The breakfast was a mix of buffet and à la carte. The à la carte dishes were incredibly well-prepared! I ordered the eggs Benedict and waffles, and they were super delicious! Even the fruits served with the waffles were fragrant and sweet, which really shows the hotel's high standards for quality.
Plus, the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the station, which was a huge convenience for me traveling with luggage and a child!

This hotel is an absolute photography paradise with its incredible design! As soon as I entered the lobby, I was blown away by the luxurious, artistic ambiance. From the elephant sculptures, the light and shadow art installations, the birch tree corridor, to the circular wine cabinet – every spot feels like an art exhibition. You can snap stunning, high-quality photos effortlessly, even without filters. The room is simple yet exquisite, and the staff are incredibly attentive and friendly. Check-in was efficient, and they paid attention to every detail. Located right in the heart of the CBD, it’s super convenient for getting around. It's perfect for a girls' trip, a romantic getaway, or even a business trip. With both style and comfort, this is definitely a must-stay hotel in Zhengzhou. I'll choose it again next time I'm here. Highly recommended!

The location is great, right next to Qingming Riverside Landscape Park, about a 300-meter walk to the scenic area. Public transportation is convenient, making it easy to get around and find food. There's also an underground parking lot, which is very convenient for parking.
The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. Check-in was efficient, and they were always ready to assist with any request. They even proactively shared local travel tips. The little cats and dogs in the courtyard were also adorable.
The room facilities were complete, and the underfloor heating was wonderfully warm – though a humidifier would be a nice bonus. The hairdryer and toilet in the room were excellent, and the hot water was very comfortable. Each room has a unique design, perfect for couples.
Overall, my stay was comfortable and pleasant, offering great value for money. I'll definitely come back again!

Simply put, great value for money. If you're driving, pay attention: navigate to Exit A of Lijingmen. At the Jiulongzhu roundabout, don't exit until you see Zhongyuan Bank. Drive directly onto the pedestrian street to the parking lot. You'll need to go into the hotel and ask someone to help open the parking entrance. All the hotel staff were professional and attentive, proactively offering travel suggestions. The hotel's decor is very stylish. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, as it wasn't facing the main street, so I slept very comfortably. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Breakfast was inexpensive. Although it wasn't a buffet, each person received a set meal, and the taste was good, depending on your preference. The breakfast area was very comfortable. Overall, it was an excellent value, a truly customer-centric hotel.

I came for a short weekend trip. The guesthouse is right next to Luoyi Old City, and very close to several popular spots like Yingtian Gate, Tanggong Yuyan, and Liu Heiguan. It's super convenient to walk everywhere. The accommodation has a minimalist style, very clean and tidy. Drinks are free-flowing, making it perfect for a vacation.
I specifically came to Luoyi Old City at night to see the 'Celestial Maidens Scattering Flowers' performance – the ribbons swirling under the lights were quite ethereal. The old city is strung with lanterns and floral lamps, all brightly lit. You see young men and women in Hanfu everywhere, taking photos; it's even livelier than Beijing's Qianmen Street. It's quite commercialized, with a cluster of snack shops and cultural/creative stores, so there's always something to see. The night views are indeed beautiful, full of life and atmosphere, great if you're looking for some hustle and bustle.

The front desk staff were very welcoming, and we upgraded my room. The facilities were a bit dated, but the biggest advantage was its proximity to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, within walking distance, making it very convenient for multiple visits. The hotel environment was beautiful, and the breakfast would have been even better if it had a more varied selection. They even gave me a complimentary gift upon departure, which was very thoughtful!

FFrankieLinWe stayed for five nights. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the bustling city center, making it convenient to get anywhere. There's also a fantastic variety of restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and even had a dining area. As for the service, it's simply unparalleled – truly the pinnacle of hospitality. We travel extensively worldwide and have stayed in countless hotels, but the service here is by far the best we've ever experienced. The breakfast was also top-notch; it felt like enjoying a Cantonese dim sum brunch every morning. The small gifts we received were so numerous it almost felt embarrassing to take them all. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Luoyang for the flower viewing next time.
ÁÁlvaro MendivilEverything was amazing, the hotel was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay even better, especially Wang Jing who could speak English and helped us with translation. They even let us use the hot springs and pool after our checkout. The restaurant served delicious food at a very comfortable price. I stayed in a Mongolian type room and it was a great experience, very clean and confortable. I will definitely come back!
GGuest UserMeets the introduction. It has a sense of design and a good location, just behind the entrance to the underground garage in the ancient town.
But the price/performance ratio is really average.
This cost-effectiveness is reflected in three aspects. First, the price is really expensive. The newly opened Marriott is only 720 a night. Second, the ancient town is really average. It is a costume photography base. There are few stores, and half of them are under development. I am really worried about Luoyang’s infrastructure. Suitable for young couples and girls. It doesn't make much sense for parents and children, especially boys, to live here. Third, the hardware is okay, but the software details are so-so. For example, the breakfast is very low. Compared with the other two hotels I stayed in, the service and catering services are incomparable.
AAnastasia.AroundTheWorldI have chosen this hotel by recomendation of my friend. It has very good position, not far from the train station and fast to arrive to the Longmen Grottoes. I had a room with panorama windows, spacious and big. With help of translating app we managed to talk to reception. Robot is bringing things to the door. We have received very positive service from the front desk ladies. Special thanks to them for hospitality. Thanks to the manager mrs. Zhu Yan.
Only one recomendation is to make at least some floors no smoking for guests who are allergic and cannot support the smell. I would suggest also to add a bell boy or a man to help with luggage, ladies helped us but it is heavy to make them do it. They work hard already.
I received very nice gifts: cookies, fans and candies from the front desk. Thank you! I will come back.

GGuest UserI love them. The staff always reply my question anytime I have. I asked them question through Trip.com message and they replied simultaneously. I was there when the park closed because of the wind storm. They were patient and gave me information. I was also got the room upgrade, since they think it would be safer and more convenient for me. The room was spacious. Location is perfect, the shuttle bus station is just a in front of the hotel. I cannot speak Chinese but we conversed smoothly with Trip.com message (The platform is even better than WeChat for my opinion)
GGuest UserSuper close to park entrance and restaurants. Excellent room with easy to connect (bring hdmi cable) projector to watch a movie. Lots of free bottled water and friendly staff. The bathroom facilities could use a bit of tender love and care. The bath is amazing but super hot and the bathrooms are just lacking last finishing touch. Breakfast was not our style; corn vegetabel soup. The bed is amazing, not too hard like many Chinese. Also, our room was actually smoke free, contrary to many other “non smoking” rooms. Excellent stay! Picture is view from our room. We were on the top floor, room with large tub.
LLinzong1204What's wrong with Fumei Hotel! I clearly stayed at the chain Meihao Lizhi Hotel, and the toiletries were not from Meihao. I often stay at other cities (Figure 11 12). The toiletries are rich and good. I guess this hotel is a conversion from an older hotel. It is still cost-effective to stay at the usual price. The hygiene is not very good, and there are melon seed shells on the ground. It is recommended to increase the wages of the aunts during holidays, otherwise they will be lazy.
GGuest UserThe hotel is quite large and well-located. I traveled with two friends and we booked a family suite with one king bed and one single bed. The room wasn't very spacious, and the bathroom was a bit small. The faucet was too close to the edge of the sink, causing water to splash onto the counter. The front desk service was excellent. They were patient in answering our questions and helped us book tickets, which I really appreciate. The breakfast selection wasn't very extensive, and the quality was just average. There was no coffee.
GGuest UserIn the last business with limited rooms, we had no choice but to rent a tent. When I arrived at the hotel, I found that it was cheaper than online and there were rooms available. Because it rains, the tent is thrown directly on the ground and cannot be used without a platform. At night, I was forced to take my tent jacket and sleep on the floor in the suite. When I tried to take my own tent items to my room, I was stopped by the waiter! When we checked out, we asked for compensation because we lost a towel and stained a pillowcase! I said we wouldn't steal one of your recycled towels! The waiter said that the towels are disposable and not recycled, so we shouldn't be compensated, right? About the pillowcase. We're only staying for one night. What can I do with your pillowcase? Did you get any lipstick on it? You don’t have any children, so just clean it if it’s dirty! The waiter said that it costs money for us to clean the place and you have to pay the cleaning fee! I'm really impressed. I booked your hotel to watch the Shaolin performance. Don't you know the location and charges of your hotel? It's so unreasonable for such an expensive hotel! No one will steal the used towels that have been recycled and disinfected! Does your hotel charge separately for cleaning bedding? I won't recommend friends to stay there. It's very convenient to take a taxi to see a show without having to stay in this expensive and deceptive place. He looks like he has never seen the world.
NNanbeiliangjixingThe hotel is actually quite good. Looking at the foyer, lobby and decoration, it must have been a place to receive big leaders and cadres in the past, so when you book a room, you will find that there are many single rooms, which are not called double rooms but single rooms. The double boutique standard room I booked was larger, and the bathroom was pretty good, with a bathtub and shower, the water was very hot, almost all disposable items were provided, and the toothbrush was also very useful. The bed is also very comfortable, but compared to the standard room single beds in newly renovated hotels that usually range from 1.35 meters to 1.5 meters, the 1.2-meter bed here is really small, so you should be careful when bringing children. The bed is relatively high and does not lean against the walls on either side. When I booked the hotel, Ctrip showed that it would upgrade my room. When I checked in, the lady was also very polite and said that if there were elderly families, I could get a room closer to the elevator, or I could walk a little further and get a room with a balcony. Listen. I was quite happy. My mother also praised the service here for respecting the elderly and caring for the young. In the end, I was given a room that was almost at the end of the corridor and next to the balcony room without a balcony... This polite service was a bit boring. Oh... the breakfast was pretty good. It cost 40 yuan for an extra person. The food was also very good. There were mutton soup, rice noodles, noodles and dumplings, all of which were delicious. The waiters in the restaurant were very nice and even took the initiative to help make coffee. It’s best to use cups with hot milk instead of cups with handles, it’s too hot... Before I left, the lady in the lobby gave me a small gift in the hope of helping me comment. The lady gave me a list. I only remembered that there was Xiaoting, but I couldn’t remember anything else. .
