The hotel is located in Luolong New District, the capital of Luoyang. It is close to Luoyang Longmen High-speed Railway Station and Luoyang Beijiao Airport. It is about 15 minutes' drive from Longmen Grotts, a national 5A scenic spot. It is adjacent to Luoyang Municipal Government, district government and other government centers, close to one-stop shopping center Superbrand Square and Quanshun Shopping Center. With free parking, a laundromat and a gym, you can wash off your tired body and enjoy French romance when you check in.
"They offer a pick-up service from Longmen Station with a Lantu business car. The driver pre-arranged everything, but I proactively made a reservation, mainly for the pick-up. I thought it was pretty good. I booked it for around 300 RMB, and the twin dates package was quite a good deal. It had everything we needed. Location-wise, it's close to Longmen Grottoes, but a bit further from other places. However, if you take a taxi, Luoyang isn't that big, and a few dozen yuan will get you anywhere, so it's acceptable. We didn't explore the surrounding area much; we mostly just went to tourist spots. The service was very good. The cleaning staff were friendly and greeted us warmly. There were also plenty of bottled water bottles placed in the stairwells for guests to take as needed, which was a nice touch. There was also bottled water in the room, which was fine. They didn't charge a deposit for check-in. I considered upgrading to a kids' room, but the upgrade fee was too high. The price including breakfast was still good for kids. Even though the little ones didn't eat much at breakfast, they weren't charged. Their beef noodle soup, however, I absolutely have to recommend! It's in the noodle section and is very distinctive. We were on a tight schedule and didn't get to try many local delicacies, but their beef noodle soup made all of us eat at least three bowls. Even the kids who don't usually like it drank a lot. We all agreed it was incredibly authentic. The only minor drawback is that if they're going to offer afternoon tea, they should do it properly – make it a bit more refined and presentable. Otherwise, it's better not to offer it at all. The mini-bar also had some complimentary small drinks. Overall, the service was really good and suitable for families. There's a new business district nearby with an unfinished building, and across the street, there seems to be a shopping mall, so it's convenient for shopping. However, we usually left early and returned late, so we didn't do anything else besides dealing with taxi issues."

"Like coming home, receiving thoughtful care everywhere. Mo Shang Yi Su, though called a B&B, has long surpassed the typical 'agritainment' style. Its facilities rival those of a star-rated hotel, but with an added warmth and human touch that high-end hotels often lack. When I wanted to visit the Shaolin Temple scenic area, the proprietress said, ”Wait a moment, I'll drive you there.” Upon getting out, she didn't forget to remind me, ”Remember to call me when you're done, and I'll pick you up.” It was only about 600-700 meters, but it was incredibly heartwarming. As the sun set, the proprietress had already hosed down the rooftop terrace, suggesting we could go up and sit. After dinner, the entire B&B was filled with the scent of agarwood. Each floor also had an elegant tea room. After a day of sightseeing, the proprietress asked, ”What would you like to eat? The cleaning staff were also very nice, and the hygiene and facilities were excellent. Our king-size room even had a massage chair, which was a great touch. All the parents here for the exam were really impressed with the front desk's service – they definitely deserve a special mention!"

I rarely leave reviews, but this time I just had to because the hotel was so exceptional, and I didn't want the hard work of all the staff to go unnoticed. I stayed for four days, and the room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, clean, and beautiful. But beyond the room's comfort, the service truly provided an overwhelming amount of emotional value. 👍 The complimentary pick-up and drop-off service was fantastic. The driver was formally dressed, neat, and proactively helped us with all our luggage. The car was also spotless, and everyone received a wet towel and a bottle of mineral water upon entering. The attention to detail in their service was outstanding. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and diligent. Every day, they offered a free selection of snacks, beverages, ice cream, and tea bags. Whenever we had questions, they answered with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, and even gave us various small gifts, which was a delightful surprise. The housekeeping service was absolutely unparalleled; it made you feel like royalty (like even the emperor would bow to you! 😂). All the housekeeping ladies not only fulfilled every request but also proactively anticipated our needs. For example, when they saw my glasses on the table, a housekeeping attendant proactively brought an eyeglass case. When they noticed we had a lot of clothes, a lady would bring a drying rack. And when they saw our cosmetics scattered on the table, another lady brought two small cosmetic bags to help us organize and carry them more conveniently. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, with a comprehensive selection of Chinese and Western, hot and cold dishes. The restaurant staff would also proactively and randomly ask guests daily, 'How was your rest last night? Do you have any suggestions for improvement?' If they saw a guest carrying too many plates, they would offer to help carry them back to the table. For dishes that took a few minutes to prepare, they would ask for the table number and deliver them. If you didn't want to go downstairs for breakfast, they could even deliver it to your room. The parking attendant was also amazing, helping with parking, moving cars, and safekeeping keys. Whenever you parked, the attendant was always there, truly providing constant assistance. 😂 Across every service, there were so many instances of such proactive service that it truly deserves the highest praise.

Everything was amazing, the hotel was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay even better, especially Wang Jing who could speak English and helped us with translation. They even let us use the hot springs and pool after our checkout. The restaurant served delicious food at a very comfortable price. I stayed in a Mongolian type room and it was a great experience, very clean and confortable. I will definitely come back!

Meets the introduction. It has a sense of design and a good location, just behind the entrance to the underground garage in the ancient town. But the price/performance ratio is really average. This cost-effectiveness is reflected in three aspects. First, the price is really expensive. The newly opened Marriott is only 720 a night. Second, the ancient town is really average. It is a costume photography base. There are few stores, and half of them are under development. I am really worried about Luoyang’s infrastructure. Suitable for young couples and girls. It doesn't make much sense for parents and children, especially boys, to live here. Third, the hardware is okay, but the software details are so-so. For example, the breakfast is very low. Compared with the other two hotels I stayed in, the service and catering services are incomparable.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's right off the elevated highway, making travel very convenient. There's also a subway station nearby. The front desk staff are all very enthusiastic and offer service with a smile. The room environment is elegant, and the lobby is spacious and bright. The bedding is very comfortable, and most importantly, the room is genuinely huge! We had a very comfortable stay, especially traveling with children. It was a great accommodation experience, truly recommended.

The hotel is actually quite good. Looking at the foyer, lobby and decoration, it must have been a place to receive big leaders and cadres in the past, so when you book a room, you will find that there are many single rooms, which are not called double rooms but single rooms. The double boutique standard room I booked was larger, and the bathroom was pretty good, with a bathtub and shower, the water was very hot, almost all disposable items were provided, and the toothbrush was also very useful. The bed is also very comfortable, but compared to the standard room single beds in newly renovated hotels that usually range from 1.35 meters to 1.5 meters, the 1.2-meter bed here is really small, so you should be careful when bringing children. The bed is relatively high and does not lean against the walls on either side. When I booked the hotel, Ctrip showed that it would upgrade my room. When I checked in, the lady was also very polite and said that if there were elderly families, I could get a room closer to the elevator, or I could walk a little further and get a room with a balcony. Listen. I was quite happy. My mother also praised the service here for respecting the elderly and caring for the young. In the end, I was given a room that was almost at the end of the corridor and next to the balcony room without a balcony... This polite service was a bit boring. Oh... the breakfast was pretty good. It cost 40 yuan for an extra person. The food was also very good. There were mutton soup, rice noodles, noodles and dumplings, all of which were delicious. The waiters in the restaurant were very nice and even took the initiative to help make coffee. It’s best to use cups with hot milk instead of cups with handles, it’s too hot... Can’t say enough good things about this place! Hotel is well located in a quiet alleyway, but close to all the main attractions and food street. Our room was spotless and well stocked with all the essentials; water pressure was great; and the bed felt like a big soft cloud especially after a day of hiking. The roof area has an excellent view of the mountains. However, the best thing about this place is the boss lady. She was so efficient, quick, helpful, and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we had spent at least another night there. Thank you for the hospitality!

Stayed two nights while visiting Yuntai Mountain, and the hotel owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They answered all our questions and gave excellent advice for our itinerary. The breakfast was delicious too! Plus, with an elevator and underground parking, it's super convenient for those traveling by car. The hotel's location is fantastic, close to the pedestrian street and the shuttle bus station. Highly recommend! 👍

Pleasant stay at hotel which was within walking distance to the park bus Pick-up area. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was more Chinese but certainly room for improvement.  One word of advice for those intending to use the massage services at the hotel ; beware as although paid for an hour, masseuse stopped exactly after 45 mins saying her time is up!  Poor massage too!

I have been here many times, and this time I had the most exciting experience. I went to the night electronic music festival first, played until the park closed and went back to the hotel. It was really comfortable. I went to the park the next day for a whole day and had a lot of fun. Every time you come to the park to play, Holiday Inn is a must. You don’t have to go far with your children. The hotel has a shuttle bus. You can go back to rest quickly even if you play late. The breakfast is great and rich in content. I will continue to experience it next time. It is recommended that there are always events with tickets at the hotel😁
