Size is pretty good for the location. You still can open your luggage and store them under the bed.
There’s a bus stop 200m from the hotel that has direct service to Kansai International Airport.
5mins walking to Dotonburi, Family Mart, Lawson and 7Eleven at your doorstep.
Highly recommended

The hotel is located in the business district, just a short walk from the subway station. I did my research beforehand, so I knew that check-in was upstairs. There are plenty of restaurant choices nearby, and some famous local ramen places have a much better ambiance than those in Shinsaibashi. The only drawback is that the room was a bit small, but it was clean and the soundproofing was decent.

The hotel's location is quite good, not far from the Shinsaibashi shopping district and Dotonbori, and closest to Nagahoribashi subway station. Aside from the slightly small bathroom, the room wasn't too cramped. The breakfast was pretty good for the price. For a two-day trip, I highly recommend considering the Osaka Amazing Pass, which offers free subway rides and entry to nearly 40 attractions (Osaka Castle Park + cruise, Tempozan Ferris Wheel + cruise, Tsutenkaku Tower, etc.).

The hotel seems newly renovated, with all the facilities and amenities feeling brand new. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation, and even the hairdryer and showerhead are Refa. I'm totally sold on the Refa showerhead's mist function – it's incredibly comfortable for washing your face, though I doubt the water quality back home would be compatible with that feature. Breakfast was plentiful, but I was expecting a Japanese-style meal and it turned out to be mostly Western. As for the hotel's location, well, it's fairly close to Osaka Castle, about a 10-minute walk. Other than that, it's not super convenient. Getting to Shinsaibashi or Osaka Station requires a transfer. I initially booked Yodoyabashi, which actually has a much better and more convenient location. There's a Kansai Airport limousine bus stop at Tenmabashi, but the service is infrequent, and I didn't manage to catch a suitable bus when I arrived, so I ended up taking the train instead.

Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka Namba offers a very smooth and easy check-in and check-out process. Everything is well-organized and hassle-free. The hotel provides almost everything guests might need — even small details like hair ties are available.
The location is excellent, just a short walk to Nipponbashi Metro Station. Traveling to Nara is very convenient as there’s no need to change trains, and Namba Station is also within walking distance.
After check-out, guests can still store their luggage at the hotel. They provide a luggage tag number, which makes the process secure and easy.
Although the room is small (typical for Japan), it is well-equipped with complete amenities and everything is functional. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and always greet guests with a smile.
Overall, this hotel is great value for money with an excellent location and service. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Osaka, especially around the Namba area.

The hotel has a simple and clean style, and the environment and hygiene are also very good. Most importantly, the room size is a bit larger, which I'm very satisfied with. The front desk staff were very courteous during check-in and check-out. The hotel's location is excellent; there's a Hankyu Oasis supermarket downstairs, and Lawson and 7-Eleven are not far away. The subway station is also very close, just a three-minute walk, and it's only two stops to Shinsaibashi. This three-day trip to Osaka was fantastic, posted from Tokyo.
The hotel is new and well-located, right next to Rinku Town Station. There's an outlet mall nearby with many brands, and a huge 24-hour supermarket where many items are cheaper than in the city. However, the pink drug store's prices are just so-so, often not as good as OS Drugstore or Daikoku Drug. They also offer a shuttle service to the airport in the morning. The elderly driver was very skilled and hardworking, managing to unload all the luggage by himself. 👍

If your Japanese isn't great but you're looking for excellent, value-for-money hotel service, then this is the place for you. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful; once they realize you're a foreign guest, they'll communicate with you in fluent English to ensure quick and convenient service. I didn't opt for breakfast here (there are plenty of cafes and eateries right next door, as it's Shinsaibashi after all, plus the hotel itself offers afternoon tea), so I can't comment on that. The lobby is beautifully decorated in a classic, European style. Good news – it's right next to a subway station. However, depending on the specific exit you need or if you're carrying luggage, you might still have a bit of a walk to certain lines or the street level.
Let's talk about the room itself. First off, there's air conditioning, which is a big plus as it ensures consistent temperature control, preventing any hot or cold spots. Secondly, there's no smart card system for electricity, so remember to turn off your appliances when you leave the room. What really deserves praise are the beds. While the facilities might feel a little dated, the mattresses are incredibly comfortable, easily making up for any minor shortcomings in the details of the room. All in all, if you're tired from exploring Shinsaibashi, this hotel is a great option. And don't forget to check out the underground shopping arcade at the subway station – it's also worth a stroll!

This was my first trip abroad, and I chose Japan as my destination. I can confidently say that Tokyu Stay was satisfying in every aspect. First, the hotel's location is excellent, situated between Honmachi and Sakaisuji-Hommachi stations, both just a short walk away. Across from the hotel, there are chain restaurants like Matsuya, Sukiya, Gyoza no Ohsho, and Torikizoku, as well as several convenience stores nearby, fully meeting daily needs. Getting to places like Shinsaibashi, USJ, Umeda, and Osaka Castle from the hotel is also incredibly convenient. Second, the hotel's interior facilities are very comprehensive. Although the room isn't huge, it's clear that the hotel put effort into its decor and amenities. Smart TVs, Sharp washing machines, Daikin air conditioners, and REFA hairdryers all showcase Japanese quality. The refrigerator and microwave were very practical; we could heat up bentos bought the day before. Third, the hotel's service was very thoughtful. Since we arrived before check-in time, we left our luggage at the front desk. When we returned later, we were informed that our luggage had already been delivered to our room, which was a very considerate touch. All in all, my stay at Tokyu Stay was very satisfying, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Japan.

The room was incredibly spacious, easily accommodating two large suitcases fully open. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around and find places to eat. The biggest pleasant surprise was the bathroom; not only did it have a separate wet and dry area, but it also featured a large bathtub perfect for a relaxing soak. The hotel service was outstanding as well, with a warm, attentive, and highly responsive front desk. It was a very satisfying stay overall.

Great
雲雲迪山Before checking in, I emailed the hotel staff asking if I could store my luggage there until my return a few days later for my stay. However, the email response didn't mention any fees. So, when we arrived at the hotel, we found out there was a significant extra daily charge. After about 20 minutes of discussion, we eventually resolved the issue by paying the fee.
Once we checked in, the room felt very spacious, and the bathroom was also quite large. The TV didn't have YouTube or Netflix, but you can bring your own HDMI cable to connect devices. There was no drinking water provided in the room, but the tap water is safe to drink.
Also, the hotel doesn't have a smoking room, so I saw many guests smoking on the street.
The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Namba.
The hotel staff were friendly.
NNutchanonThe hotel is very spacious, about 15 minutes walk from Ishizugawa Station. The area around the hotel is quite dark at night, a bit scary, but there are restaurants, McDonald's, Lawson and 7-11. Walking near the station, there is a Family Mart. Under the station, there is a Watt100 shop where you can buy snacks and other necessities. There is also a bus near the station, so you can get out and see it right away. But I was a bit upset because I couldn't find a bicycle to rent around there, so I had to walk. The train to Namba takes about 30 minutes.
YYueyexiaomiThe room rate is high, and the facilities are of an old-fashioned style, but overall it is good, and everything is available.
Comes with breakfast and light meals (can be considered dinner or midnight snack, and comes with a free drink with alcohol)
Breakfast and dinner are ordered through the TV, and then the staff will deliver them to the room. You can refer to the pictures for what you ate these days.
We stayed for three days, and no waiter took the initiative to clean, change towels, or replenish supplies. I went to the service desk on the first floor to report that it needed to be cleaned, and an aunt on the first floor replied that it had not been cleaned. Well, but my colleague and I have booked it. She said that we can leave the key at the front desk and tell the time to come back, and there will be cleaning.
The tableware will not be collected after eating, nor will it be told how to deal with it.
In short, this service model and attitude vary from person to person, and the feeling is very bad. This is the worst service hotel I have stayed in Japan. If you don't want to receive Chinese people, don't sell to China, thank you.
