The hotel room wasn't as big as I'd imagined, but it was larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms, fitting two suitcases comfortably. The front desk staff generally communicated well in English, though they occasionally misunderstood requests. The hotel breakfast was excellent and unique, with a wide variety of delicious options. Downstairs, there's a Hanafru dessert shop where you can enjoy parfaits, and a Michelin-starred unagi restaurant, ”Takeyatei.” It's about a 15-minute walk from Shinsaibashi, which is quite convenient overall. The only downside is the noisy biker gangs that cruise the Osaka city center at night; even the hotel's soundproof windows couldn't block out the noise, so earplugs are recommended.

It's a bit distant from Osaka station, but u can easily get to underground walkway to reach Osaka station, (by pass all the traffic, no wait traffic lights )
Free coffee /MATCHA start 2pm to 11.59pm
Vending machines inside hotel if u wan other drinks, and laundry area.
Very nice when u need a drink.
Some restaurant and convinient store near. Sukiya also not far. Pachingko also near.
My room not smart toilet, that is, if u must have a smart toilet. No big deal for me.
Satisfied for what I paid for.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience. One of its biggest strengths is the location—it’s situated in a very accessible area, close to key attractions, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to get around.
The cleanliness of the hotel was truly impressive. The housekeeping team clearly puts in great effort to ensure a pleasant environment for guests.
I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, especially the availability of free coffee and drinking water. It’s a small touch, but it really adds to the overall experience and makes guests feel welcomed and cared for.
Another highlight was the seasonal decorations throughout the hotel. The festive decorations created a warm and inviting atmosphere, showing that the hotel pays attention to detail and strives to make each stay special.

Facilities: There's an ice machine and a vending machine on the floor, but no hot spring bath.
Cleanliness: Toothbrushes, combs, and such are available for self-service by the elevator on the first floor. Housekeeping is only provided for stays of four nights or more. Otherwise, you're expected to place your trash bags and used towels outside your door, and new ones will be provided when you return. Given the price, I suppose this is understandable.
Service: The front desk staff were very friendly, but check-in isn't until after 3 PM.
Overall, nothing surprising. The location and price set the expectations.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and it was just as clean and tidy as before. The room was very spacious, and the bedding, comforter, and pillows were all super comfortable. There's free coffee in the lobby, and a Lawson convenience store, McDonald's, and ramen shop nearby. The bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away, with direct service to Kansai Airport. All in all, this hotel is our top choice for accommodation in Osaka! 👍👍👍

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with a direct shuttle bus from Kansai Airport, and direct access to the Umeda shopping district from the second floor of the building. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the hotel staff were very friendly and professional. The room facilities were complete, clean, tidy, and comfortable. Waking up every morning to the view from the window was truly a blissful experience.

Very satisfied! The sun shining through the window was so warm. There's a supermarket downstairs with a good selection of items, and a 7-Eleven nearby which is really convenient. It's also pretty close to the subway. I'll definitely come back next time!

Facilities: A very classic Japanese hotel – compact, well-equipped, and highly integrated.
Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: The location is superb, right in the heart of the city center, very close to several attractions and subway stations. It can get a bit noisy on weekend nights, but I'm such a deep sleeper it didn't bother me at all.
Service: The service was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful. Next to the hotel is a ramen shop with a long queue; I ordered takeout and ate it in the hotel restaurant, which was very convenient. However, that ramen shop wasn't very good; it was as salty as any other ramen.

First time in a love hotel, and let’s just say expectations were weirdly exceeded. The room? Actually huge—bigger than anywhere else I stayed during my Japan trip. Came complete with an obnoxiously large TV, a projector for impromptu movie marathons, karaoke setup (in case you suddenly discover your inner pop idol), and a massage chair that felt suspiciously life-changing. Oh, and obviously, a jacuzzi because normal bathtubs are for peasants.
They also went hilariously overboard with amenities: coffee, tea, a small pharmacy of cosmetics, and a vending machine dispensing essentials like lingerie or contact lens solution (because clearly, these two things belong together). Yes, I genuinely bought some solution; the machine knew my struggles.
Overall, weirdly awesome experience. Would do it again!
The hotel's night view is absolutely stunning! Every evening before 10 PM, you can watch the bridge and Ferris wheel light show from the 3rd-floor terrace. It's just one subway stop from Universal Studios, and the subway station is right across the street, just a traffic light away. If you prefer to walk, it's about a 15-minute stroll. There's also a Lawson and 7-Eleven just a few hundred meters away. The service is excellent, with friendly and polite staff. Plus, the rooms are super spacious. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Osaka.
