Ocean View Hotels in Taiwan, China

I stayed at 85 Cape Inn in Kaohsiung for two nights and had an amazing experience. The staff offered warm and friendly service, and I was pleasantly upgraded upon arrival. The room was comfortable and clean. Its location is excellent, close to major attractions ( Dream mall, Night Market, Dome, Cijin Island,Dragon Tiger Temple)and convenient transport options (Green or Red MRT, Ferry Terminal).

You can walk to the hotel from Xincheng station in about 20 minutes. There is a shuttle that takes you from the hotel to either Xincheng or Hualien station for free, which I appreciate. The immediate area around the hotel and from Xincheng station is quite remote and there are basically no stores or restaurants open. Thus you will probably have to eat all meals at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant itself is pretty good though and the pricing is reasonable, all things considered. The main benefit of the hotel is the hotel pool. Personally i have a bit of mixed feelings about the pool because the view of the ocean and the beach is partially blocked by some trees, however, overall it is indeed a nice view especially of the mountains in the back. You can also walk to the beach in a few minutes, which is convenient. Service is good. Overall if you are planning to check out Hualien but don't plan to go to Taroko gorge, I think this is a decent option.

In recent years, there has been a new weather in the decoration. The room is very good. After checking in, change the slippers to the beach for two minutes. Enjoy the sunset and listen to the sound of the tide. It is really great! ! !

The experience was excellent, and the reception staff were all incredibly friendly. A few days before our stay, the air conditioning in our B&B room broke down. They proactively informed us and offered either a room change or a free cancellation. Their handling of the issue was incredibly professional and satisfactory. Upon checking in, the room was very clean, and the space and environment were excellent. We had a very comfortable stay.

The hotel is generally good, the room is clean, the water pressure is good, and the shower is satisfactory, but no daily necessities such as toothpaste and toothbrush are provided. Please note that the sound insulation is poor when checking in, and you will be woken up by the sound of the cleaning staff in the morning. 

The location is incredibly convenient, and the hotel facilities are excellent. A night market is right next door, which is a fantastic bonus. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, making it a great spot for both couples and families. I will definitely be returning. The staff were also incredibly polite.

The hotel's decor and design style are beautiful, and the space is very spacious. The rooms are also comfortable. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. I was very satisfied with this stay and highly recommend it!

Location: The hotel is conveniently situated right next to the Pier-2 Penglai Light Rail Station, making it easily accessible by public transport. However, a minor downside is the lack of dedicated parking for guests arriving by car. Room & Facilities: The overall cleanliness was good. The bathroom in the quad room was quite unique; the wet/dry separation door was only a half-panel, meaning it could only block off either the shower or the bathtub, not both simultaneously. Furthermore, the toilet area is separated from the room by a transparent glass wall, which could be a bit awkward if you're not traveling with family.

Following last week, I came back here again with a high school junior. It was a shame we only stayed one night due to time constraints. The beach is right in front, and there's a 7-11 nearby, making it convenient for grocery shopping. The owner and staff are all friendly, and the room is very nice. We'll be staying comfortably for a night before heading back. Make lots of money.

The room, bed, bathroom, etc. were very clean and spacious, so it was comfortable. It was not humid because the dehumidifier was turned on. Cooking available in the lobby. This accommodation is rated out of 10 and I don't know why it doesn't get a rating of 9. I want to stay at this hotel and go to Hualien again. Although the location is far from the train station, you can reach Shincheong Station within 30 minutes on foot. Definitely recommended. For reference, most cheap accommodations are cheap, so if you want accommodation in good condition, you will have to spend 40,000 won per day. There is a reason why the cheapest accommodation is in the 20,000 won range. This is an experience
