The only selling point of this hotel is its proximity to Tengwang Pavilion and Dashi Yuan. The view varies depending on the room type; I booked the 'Little Duck Family Room' which overlooks Bayi Bridge. Contrary to what some other guests said, I thought the breakfast selection was pretty good. They had white sugar cakes and earthenware pot soup. I was a bit disappointed that the preserved egg and pork patty soup I wanted wasn't available, but they did have the signature mixed noodles. The Western breakfast options were a bit limited, but the Chinese selection covered most of Nanchang's local snacks. The restaurant service was also good, and the Chinese restaurant on the fourth floor was decent too. However, the room facilities could use an upgrade; some of the cabinet doors were a bit old.

Itinerary: 3 days and 2 nites in Nanchang (hotel will be provided) Location: Close to attractions (you can walk to places like Wisteria Pavilion, Wanshou Palace, Frog Street Nite Market, and Dasi Courtyard), which saves on transportation costs. Food: There is a whole row of food behind the hotel. Mainly, it's too cold in February, but there are restaurants near the hotel, making it convenient to walk 5 minutes to enjoy the food. Breakfast: Baofa Gan Cuisine Restaurant, their prices are reasonable. Dinner: Gan Liu Ji. Jiangxi stir-fry. Of course, the hotel also offers delicious food, but I didn't get a chance to try it. Service: Since I arrived at the hotel at 11 PM with a reservation, the hotel staff gave my room to someone else. However, the next day they upgraded me to a room by the window facing the street. I didn't sleep well, so it's better not to do that, even tho I could see the outside scenery. Very satisfied with the stay experience, the lobby is large, the environment is very good, the front desk service is good, the check-in is fast, the room facilities are complete, the breakfast is also great, the transportation is convenient, I came to watch the concert, and the stadium is only 15 minutes away by subway.

Pros: Recently renovated and very clean, though I did find a hair on the headboard. When I reported it, nothing was done. The room type we booked was a 'three-choice' option, and they assigned us a standard room that comfortably fit three people, which was great. Cons: 1. The smell of new renovation was still very strong, definitely a 'flip property.' 2. Breakfast was incredibly unappetizing. The plain congee was greyish and had a sour smell. 3. They advertised a parking lot, but it only fits about ten cars, has no boom gate, can't be reserved, and isn't exclusively for the hotel. It just happens to be next to the hotel. I specifically booked this hotel because it had parking, but when we arrived, there was no space. I called beforehand to ask if reservations were needed and was told no. When we couldn't park, they just told us to figure it out ourselves. When I complained to the front desk about the strong renovation smell and asked if we could switch rooms, they offered a refund instead. It was Chinese New Year, we arrived at 7 PM, and they expected us to find another place to stay after checking out and getting a refund? Overall, Nanchang's urban tourism planning seems chaotic, with haphazard parking allowed on roadsides. All in all, there were just too many people during Chinese New Year.

The hotel is new and luxurious. It is next to the Ferris wheel and there is an Impression City nearby, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. The night view of Ganjiang River is also spectacular when viewed from the hotel! There are many varieties of breakfast, and it is worth staying here with your family!

I booked a lake-view king room, and overall, the experience and accommodation environment were very good. The only two drawbacks were breakfast and parking. For breakfast, the dining hours are from 7 AM to 11 AM. Due to the holiday crowd, most people chose to eat between 9 AM and 10 AM to avoid peak times. However, the restaurant staff started rushing us to clear the tables around 10:30 AM, telling us to hurry up. Their service attitude was extremely unfriendly. Milk and soy milk were barely refilled; they'd just shake the container to give you a small serving. As for parking, it was also extremely inconvenient. They directed everyone to the underground garage, which led to chaotic parking, with cars lining the access aisles. The hotel's aggressive customer acquisition without adequate capacity will definitely lead to customer loss.

The hotel is a single-family building with a good location, facing the Bayi Bridge. It is very quiet at night. There are not many cars nearby, and the transportation is convenient. It is close to the museum. There are shared electric cars outside the hotel for convenient travel. The welcoming service is in place. The coffee in the lobby on the first floor is delicious. There are many breakfast options, good environment, and many seats. There are many takeaways around, and the takeaways can be delivered to the door by robots. The elevator is fast. The TV can cast the screen, which is easy to use. The WiFi is fast. The towels are sealed. The room is large and the double bed is also relatively large. Disadvantages: The quilt has a peculiar smell. The room lighting is dim. The curtains are not enough to block light. The mattress is too soft and there are not enough socket holes at the head of the bed.

The hotel we stayed at when we went to Wucheng Town to watch birds is relatively new. The ventilation system in the room has some problems and it is quite stuffy. The flashing light of the toilet seat is very disturbing at night and we cannot unplug the wires. The breakfast and service attitude are OK.

Traveling to Nanchang with my family for Chinese New Year, choosing the Sheraton Nanchang Hotel was definitely a wise decision. First off, the location is superb; the subway station is just a left turn outside the hotel, making it easy to reach all the main attractions. We even took the subway to and from the airport, which was incredibly convenient. Secondly, the hotel staff provided exceptional service. The front desk lady, knowing we had a late flight on our departure day, proactively arranged a late check-out for us during check-in, which really solved a problem for us. When we checked out, she even gave us some small Nanchang souvenirs, which made both the adults and children very happy. Lastly, let's talk about the hotel's facilities. The room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the view was fantastic. We even watched Nanchang's New Year's Day fireworks display from our room, which was spectacular. The swimming pool was open from noon until night; my child went twice, and the water was clean, the temperature was just right, and it wasn't crowded. All in all, our stay was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Nanchang.

The location is absolutely perfect – so close to both the high-speed train station and my office, just a few minutes by taxi, which saved me a ton of commuting time. Check-in at the front desk took less than 3 minutes; it was super efficient, and they even proactively upgraded me to a quiet room on a higher floor. The room itself was spacious and spotless, with high-speed WiFi and plenty of outlets, which was perfect for getting work done. The soundproofing was also excellent. Breakfast offered a great variety without being overwhelming, with everything from hot congee and coffee to sandwiches. This will definitely be my top choice for future business trips!
