The hotel's location is excellent, offering unobstructed views of the Gan River from the higher floors, including the Bayi Bridge, and some rooms even have a view of Tengwang Pavilion. The service was exceptional; some staff members would proactively greet us as they passed by. The front desk and concierge staff were outstanding, eager to open car doors and help with luggage, showing great enthusiasm and attentiveness. The front desk staff were friendly, answered all our questions, and were very accommodating. I'd say the front desk service here is the best I've experienced among many 5-star hotels.

There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. It's also conveniently located close to Tengwang Pavilion and Wanshou Palace, making transportation very easy. The hotel's hygiene conditions are quite good, no major issues there. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The owner even gave us two breakfast vouchers, thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up!

A truly five-star experience, absolutely perfect from start to finish! The room was clean and tidy, and every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. The breakfast spread was also excellent. It's suitable for both business and leisure. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. Highly recommend the Kaimai Hotel. It's great!

Overall, my stay at the hotel was excellent. The front desk, knowing I was a VIP member, thoughtfully provided a fruit platter. The room was very well arranged, offering panoramic views of the river and its banks, with Tengwang Pavilion directly opposite. The night view was particularly stunning, and on a clear day, you could even watch the sunrise from the room. The air conditioning was also excellent, keeping the temperature just right. Furthermore, the hotel staff recommended many nearby places to eat, drink, and visit. I went to Nanchang Wanshou Palace, which has many local delicacies and is definitely worth a visit. In short, both the facilities and service are worthy of a high-star standard, and I will definitely choose Grand Skylight again next time.
The hotel we stayed at when we went to Wucheng Town to watch birds is relatively new. The ventilation system in the room has some problems and it is quite stuffy. The flashing light of the toilet seat is very disturbing at night and we cannot unplug the wires. The breakfast and service attitude are OK.

Traveling to Nanchang with my family for Chinese New Year, choosing the Sheraton Nanchang Hotel was definitely a wise decision. First off, the location is superb; the subway station is just a left turn outside the hotel, making it easy to reach all the main attractions. We even took the subway to and from the airport, which was incredibly convenient. Secondly, the hotel staff provided exceptional service. The front desk lady, knowing we had a late flight on our departure day, proactively arranged a late check-out for us during check-in, which really solved a problem for us. When we checked out, she even gave us some small Nanchang souvenirs, which made both the adults and children very happy. Lastly, let's talk about the hotel's facilities. The room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the view was fantastic. We even watched Nanchang's New Year's Day fireworks display from our room, which was spectacular. The swimming pool was open from noon until night; my child went twice, and the water was clean, the temperature was just right, and it wasn't crowded. All in all, our stay was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Nanchang.
This hotel was a fantastic choice for my business trip! The location is absolutely perfect – so close to both the high-speed train station and my office, just a few minutes by taxi, which saved me a ton of commuting time. Check-in at the front desk took less than 3 minutes; it was super efficient, and they even proactively upgraded me to a quiet room on a higher floor. The room itself was spacious and spotless, with high-speed WiFi and plenty of outlets, which was perfect for getting work done. The soundproofing was also excellent. Breakfast offered a great variety without being overwhelming, with everything from hot congee and coffee to sandwiches. This will definitely be my top choice for future business trips!

Very strange. After checking in, I went out for dinner. While gone, I got some messages on WeChat from the front desk that there was a problem. When I returned, they told me that they couldn't register me and they needed more information. This is the first time that I had to show and have pictures taken of all my work visas I have had since I last entered the country six years ago, especially since there is no problem with my current visa. I don't know if it is the hotel itself that wanted this or the local PSB when they were registering me. Whatever the reason, it made me feel unwelcome. Other foreigners wanting to stay here - you might not be welcome. The law says that they must accept you, and they will accept you, but you know that they still don't want you to be there.

RRebeccaLupoWhen travelling, especially with a kid, cleanliness in a room is THE priority. Well, the room was NOT clean. The counter top in the bathroom was stained AND dirty, the room was dusty (you could see dust on the mirrors and other surfaces) and the floor was full of shoes footprints of different types. We asked for the room to be cleaned as we checked in, while we went for a walk, more than one our later we came back, the room was dirty as we left it.
I’m sorry but for such a price, in a 5 star hotel, this is absolutely not acceptable.
Besides, I seriously doubt that the measurements of the room are correct as it seemed waaaay smaller than what officially stated in the room info.
The view of course is breathtaking, that’s true.
Mind also that there is absolutely no separation between the wet room and the bedroom, no door, no curtains…so no privacy while taking a bath. And also that there is no fridge.
The lady at the reception was lovely, really kind, but it doesn’t make up for a dirty room.
GGuest UserStayed here for the second time. I had a pleasant stay here. The room is spacious and comfortable with a nice view. I also tried the dinner buffet, it was delicious. I will definitely come back and stay here again.

PPutiwushuyushuiguanA hotel can be old, but cleanliness is fundamental!
Ten years ago, the room materials appeared to be high-end, and the thick marble in the bathroom exuded a sense of luxury from that era. However, it can't withstand years of wear and tear. If you look up at the drainage pipes on the balcony ceiling, the exposed pipes are really unsightly… And the drooping decorative materials on the exterior facade – surely they can't go untouched for ten years? You look down at the withered leaves in the greenery – surely that's not how it should be maintained daily?
I appreciate the front desk upgrading me to a main building room with a balcony; the view of the Sanqing Mountains is indeed spectacular. That said, the balcony itself is quite narrow. I wonder if most guests still watch TV more, and if a small tea table instead of a large round table on the balcony might make for a more harmonious proportion?
As for the underground parking garage, well, all those buckets of inexplicable stuff piled up there – do we really not need safety checks?
I must commend your lobby security (didn't catch the name) and the SPA manager (from Hunan, I believe). They confidently showcased the culture and confidence of Sanqing Mountain to guests. From a distance, even late at night, they were chatting freely and making recommendations, which is truly impressive!
I visit once every ten years, and might not come back for another ten, but I sincerely hope this Hilton can thrive for many years to come. Everyday management is evident in the details! Keep up the good work.
GGuest UserThe hotel is right by the Ganjiang River, offering excellent views and a great location. There's a subway station nearby, making transportation very convenient. I checked in in the morning, and the front desk staff (the young man) was very nice, giving me a free upgrade to an executive room. Thumbs up!
LLanjieLanceI brought my mom and child on a relaxing getaway to Sanqingshan.
I was surprised by how much my mom praised the place!
Besides the stunning natural environment of Sanqingshan,
we booked a family room with three levels where we could sleep peacefully.
There were two bathrooms with a forest theme, which was very fun for kids.
The room was specially provided with a tent, rocking horse, small steps, and slippers for the children.
The drainage was excellent, and there were plenty of clothes hangers and hooks.
Even the toiletries and mattresses were of high quality! I had a great night's sleep ❤️
There were various relaxing activities to participate in during the day, so we weren't bored at all.
The only regret was that we only stayed one night; we should have stayed longer.
