Stayed at this hotel in a narrow alley. Unfortunately, it was not well-maintained. Breakfast options were limited, and the towels and bed sheets were dirty. Not a clean or relaxing stay.
I unfortunately booked an executive suite. Firstly, its location was inconveniently far from the elevator, and it seems all executive suites across all floors are situated in the same corner spot. The suite was definitely overpriced for its small size, and the layout was poorly designed. Furthermore, the amenities were neglected; the Jacuzzi was dirty, broken, emitted a foul odor when operated, and even expelled debris. I reported this to the front desk, and they moved me to another suite, but it had the exact same problems. I absolutely do not recommend anyone choose an executive suite; it's a complete waste of money.
My ratings:
Executive Suite Design & Location: 2/10
Overall Cleanliness: 8/10 (though they could improve by changing towels more frequently)
Breakfast: 1/10 (Too focused on Asian food, despite most guests being Arabs, especially Saudis)
Pricing (Value for Money): 5/10 (Overpriced)
View & Hotel Location: 5/10
I suggest they lower their prices and encourage guests to choose a standard room with a river view. They should also pay more attention to offering Eastern, Arabic, and Western food options. Finally, some staff members were notably unwelcoming towards Arab guests and made no effort to provide better service.
The hotel has many rooms and a great location, very close to the pedestrian street. It's quite crowded and feels a bit noisy, and the facilities are a bit old. I was woken up promptly at 4 AM by prayer calls over the loudspeaker. Vehicle noise wasn't too bad, but being close to the railway, you can hear the train sounds. The service attitude was decent. Breakfast was okay, with a good variety, but nothing I particularly loved.
The staff are all very friendly. Location wise for us is amazing as we want a quiet place away from the busy streets. Food is good. Going anywhere is easily accessible by grab. Will definitely come back again in future.
My stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was pure bliss. The elegant room, mountain breeze, and panoramic views created a peaceful retreat. I loved the cozy ambiance and top-notch service. The location near Dago’s attractions made exploring easy. A perfect blend of luxury and nature—highly recommended.
Shout out to the front desk staffs Firda and Jenti and everyone else for their excellent service. The location is convenient, especially with shopping and dining options nearby. Overall, a reliable 4-star hotel suitable for both business and leisure stays.
The hotel is part of the Rancamaya Resort Fecilities, including golf court as well as villa residence. Although the hotel is not very large, it is well-decorated. Kids can have fun in the R Garden by feeding animals and playing cable taxiing. From the window, you can have an amazing view of the GUNUNG SALAK.
Honestly, this is the most crowded hotel I've ever stayed at. It was difficult to find parking, but luckily there was a staff member to help park the car. It was a bit of a hassle if you left something in the car because the parking lot was quite far, and they had to take me there on a motorbike 😅.
For breakfast, there were many menu options, but because it was extremely crowded, many items ran out and took a long time to be refilled. Plates and glasses also ran out and weren't refilled quickly. There was a lot of food, but the taste was standard. They had everything from gudeg, nasi kuning, pasta, an Indomie station, and even Japanese food.
Kids' activities were also plentiful but pretty standard. Because it was so crowded, it felt cramped 🙏🏻. The free playground was small, and the ball pit cost an additional 75k. The mini zoo was okay; animal food cost 20k. Cooking classes cost another 125k, and even requesting a birthday cake was an extra charge.
Our superior twin room had very standard facilities, nothing special for the 1 million IDR-ish price. It was a bit musty, the bed size felt like 100cm, and the towels and pillowcases were less than fresh, looking rather dull.
Would I come back? No, once was enough 🙏🏻👍

GGuest UserExcellent service in a wonderful hotel. Hotel is far fron Bandung city centre but it is worth the view of you are there for tranquil relaxation. Koce its fresh air on hilltop surrounding.
Service staff is attentive and makes an effort to make our stay extra special.
GGuest UserStayed at this hotel in a narrow alley. Unfortunately, it was not well-maintained. Breakfast options were limited, and the towels and bed sheets were dirty. Not a clean or relaxing stay.
CChenhaishichenThe room was quite good, and I was very satisfied with the hygiene. The service attitude was excellent, and the breakfast had a good variety. We stayed in room 01, which had two glass walls, offering fantastic natural light and views. However, the motorcycle noise outside was quite loud. Booking in advance was very cost-effective.
GGuest UserTravelers w/children are not advised to stay here, especially those w/ allergies. Our room was extremely dusty, my family and I caught a cold.
The 2nd day, I asked to move rooms. They helped us! My suggestion is to vacuum every room after each guest checks out. This is because of the use of carpets.
For breakfast, everything was delicious and varied. Thank you for your hospitality.
SSander ScheerFor the price ab excellent place. But biggest feedback is that the WiFi signal only reaches the hallway and not until the rooms itself (at least on the 5th floor, where I stayed). But overall a fine place.
GGuest UserWhen i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. AAnonymous UserThe room is nice, but I feel like the lack of amenities like water bottle, well they have water dispensers, but it would be nice if they gave the guest complimentary water in the room. Breakfast was okay.
AagathadescaGood place for staycation with loved ones. As we celebrate anniversary, hotel arrange small decoration on the mirror and give us anniversary cake. Location superb good, breakfast have a lot of selections. We enjoy the evening pool bar and dinner at madcow restaurant. Price wise and would definetly come back!
