the hotel is wonderful, beautiful gardens, the staff is always friendly and at your service. the bed and pillow great. the view of the hotel is awesome!! the breakfast also good . we have dinner at the restaurant of the hotel great cooking , romantic seating, a bit more expensive than going out to capri center ( dinner for two only main course and a couple of wine glass 100 euros). I would definitely highly recommend this hotel. price is excellent for what you are receiving. 5 stars hotel. nothing bad to say about this location. shuttle service excellent and free. write to the hotel so they will pick you up at the port. you can walk to the hotel but is a little tough with the luggage .

Palazzo Caracciolo is a great place to stay right in the heart of Naples, perfectly located close to amenities and many traditional spots. We know Naples quite well and have stayed in many different accommodations over the years, and this is definitely one of the best we’ve experienced. What truly makes the difference is the staff. From reception to the kitchen, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room was fine overall, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. The hairdryer and the TV felt quite outdated, the mattress seemed a bit worn, and the pillows were much too soft for our taste. Despite these minor issues, the excellent location and the outstanding staff really improve the stay and make Palazzo Caracciolo a place we wil happily return to.

The hotel is located on the top of the mountain with beautiful views. There is a shuttle bus to the city every hour, and there is also a shuttle bus back. The hotel rooms are large, and the views of the sea view rooms and the public areas of the hotel are very good. Mount Vesuvius is opposite. Highly recommended

Our stay at this hotel in Capri was absolutely unforgettable. The property itself is unbelievably beautiful, every corner felt like a dream, with stunning views and elegant design that perfectly captured the magic of Capri. This is a true luxury hotel, offering not only world-class amenities but also a genuine sense of care and personalized service. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment, from relaxing by the beautiful pool to indulging in the delicious breakfast each morning. Simple design with a 100% clean room and 5-star service. We enjoyed a Michelin dinner at Relias Blu at a reasonable price; it was very good. Morning breakfast is excellent with a stunning sea view. I have a free parking spot, and the staff respond quickly at all times via room service and reception. The location is 22 minutes from Sorrento; a familiar driver is recommended due to hill roads, and all Italian drivers seem to be F1 experts. The infinity swimming pool isn’t very large but is perfect, with a poolside bar. The nearest supermarket is 10 minutes away and closes at 8pm The housekeeper keeps our room clean and repaired everything that was broken while we were out. Really appreciate it. There are only 40 guests when the house is full, making it ideal for relaxing and recharging.

A very smart clean hotel with an excellent pool and access to the sea, the rooms were large and well appointed with all the amenities you would expect.  The location is away from other restaurants and attractions but this is made clear in the description when booking, it wasn’t a problem for us as we had a car, they run a shuttle to the nearest railway station at Vico equense, if you have a car it’s easy to drive there and park in the underground parking in the center of town, from there getting the train to anywhere you want is easy and cheap. Only two slight criticisms, 1 the shower wasn’t particularly hot or powerful and 2 they need to vary the restaurant menu at least a couple of times a week if only by a few dishes. Overall I would recommend this hotel

This hotel should be a frequent choice hotel for locals as a wedding or party. Parking is very convenient and the service is very good. We set a small room, so the room is slightly smaller, and the whole room is not very soundproof, but there is a common terrace. If you have a car, it is also very good to use this place as a temporary resting place for one night, after all, it is very close to Pompeii.

Eden Roc exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of champagne in each room, which was a wonderful touch. Even better, everything in the minibar was included at no extra charge. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable. The rooftop is spectacular, with an amazing pool and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. The food was delicious, and the staff delivered truly first-class service throughout our stay—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Without question, this will be my hotel of choice every time I return to Positano. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Fantastic staff and service. Went above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Views, pool and restaurant are fantastic. Taxi is €25/30 to get to the marina but other than that super great location up in the hills!!

You absolutely must stay here if you're going to Pompeii! Very clean. Extremely close to Pompeii. Parking is available nearby. The McDonald's right outside is delicious, haha. The hotel has very high ceilings, and the whole space is very comfortable.
