Sam_6Hotel Location: Strategically situated just a short walk from JR Kanazawa station, the hotel is easily accessible via the nearby shopping mall. It’s conveniently located next to Hyatt Centric, and a short stroll takes you to Omicho Market for fresh seafood.
Facilities: The hotel boasts a public bath, a welcome addition during the cold winter months. Additional amenities, including coffee drip bags and teabags, are available for free at the lobby’s amenities kiosk.
Rooms: The spacious rooms offer ample space for luggage, with separate wet and dry bathrooms.
Opposite the hotel, an izakaya operates until 23:00, providing a cozy spot for relaxation and to ease your hunger during the night tim.
The hotel is just a few meters away from the shopping mall, train station, and bus station, making it a convenient location for travelers.
I would recommend staying at this hotel as it’s convenient and budget friendly. Staff were polite and helpful service with a smile.

Guest UserStay here for 3 night. Room with breakfast. No variation for their breakfast. Every day is with the same dishes. Also the staff at the reception are not helpful despite asking if there are e available parking lot that can be made available since there are guest checking out. But they insist for us to drive the car from the affiliate parking lot to the hotel to book the space first despite that we told them we are heading out. There is no point for us to just drive the car here and eventually we are still going to drive out isn’t it. They could have just took our car particulars and secure the lot. Very unhelpful young staff till a nicer Japanese older lady willing to assist us.

Great experience! I've seen a few people complaining about the size of the rooms...I personally got the ”King” size room, and the size is actually very good. Especially if you're familiar with the actual size of hotel rooms in Japan.
The room itself and the building was very clean, the bath area is a bit too crowded for my likes, but nothing they could do.
As somebody that lives in Japan, and is used to traveling around the country; this is a great choice.

Guest UserLook no further, Mori no Sumika Resort and Spa is absolutely wonderful! The staff are amazing, the rooms are spacious and well appointed, the property to include the hot springs baths is excellent - the food offerings for breakfast and dinner changes each day, the chef serving the freshest seafood, meats, vegetables. It’s a beautiful place that you’ll never want to leave and for sure come back to sooner than later.

The room had a strange odor, which I didn't like. It was spacious enough though. The staff seemed a bit grumpy, but I'll still give it four stars, even if it wasn't quite up to expectations. There were a lot of people checking in for the Lantern Festival.

R ToroHakuchoro is a classic in Kanzawa, the decor is very tastefully done and the overall atmosphere has character. It’s onsen is natural spring water and though the bath are relatively modest, it never gets crowded. They provide free bus shuttles to and from the Kanazawa station and is a very helpful feature. Rooms are large and well appointed and everything in the fridge - water, tea, orange juice and beers are free and topped up everyday. The stained glass in the lobby area and in the rooms are nice touched included the very nice pottery ware used for breakfast! Breakfast buffet spread is both western and Japanese and they even now have sparkling wine and sake for breakfast!
Definitely has character!

Guest UserIt was located just across the roadfrom the Kanazwa JR station that also housed a mall, airport transfers and loads of good food. The place was larger than I expected but provided excellent service and daily breakfasts (noy buffet-style) in their second floor restaurant. A sign of how good service was - it was a little drizzly when we left but we said no to the offer of an umbrella as the station was less than 5 min away (and it was a very light drizzle). The lady accompanied us to the station just so she cd take the umbrellas back from us! The onsen was nice but I didn't hv time to try out any other facilities.

Always been a big fan of the Dormy Inn chain, guaranteed a nice onsen and delicious supper and breakfast. Checking in and out is a breeze. This hotel is located steps away from the JR station as well as bus terminal, very easy to hop on a bus to tour the city. Highly recommended.

Service of the staff was excellent.
Has adequate breakfast selection, enough to start the day.

It’s in the middle of nowhere. Though it has been expected, but when we arrived, it is indeed
Not near anything. The hotel provides shuttle service from the Kaga Onsen station.
