Our stay at Peter 1 Hotel was truly exceptional! The hotel is elegant and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect mix of comfort and classic style. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean — a great place to relax after a day of exploring Moscow. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and the dining area had a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They always greeted us with a smile and were happy to assist with anything we needed, from directions to restaurant recommendations. Overall, Peter 1 Hotel exceeded my expectations — beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Moscow who wants a comfortable and memorable stay.

This veteran five-star hotel is well-maintained. The breakfast spread is generous, and they even added an extra bed for our party of three. The location is excellent, very close to Arbat Street, and not far from Metro Lines 3 and 4, making getting around very convenient. The hotel staff are very friendly, and the front desk speaks fluent English. If you're looking for a hotel not far from Red Square, I highly recommend this one; it offers great value for money. During our stay, it happened to be my son's birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully surprised us with a cake, which was both delightful and touching!

The hotel is in a fantastic downtown location, super close to the subway. Our room was really spacious, comfy, and sparkling clean. The bathroom was quite roomy, though the shower stall itself was a tad small. My only real complaint is that the fridge was broken – my ice cream melted! Also, the closet door was a bit saggy and scraped the floor, making it hard to open and close. On the bright side, breakfast was plentiful and varied, and I loved the Chinese signs; that was a nice touch.

Very convenient hotel, great location! The staff is very polite and helpful. Lots of leisure options... there's a spa but I didn't use it. The hotel offers every opportunity for both mind and body to relax. The rooms are comfortable and, generally, I have no complaints. One minor thing: I would fully close the shower curtain in the bathroom to prevent water from spilling out. The hotel is just a stone's throw away from Patriarshy Ponds and Arbat.

The environment is quiet and serene, far from the hustle and bustle, creating a peaceful and cozy atmosphere. The natural light and ventilation are excellent, enhancing the overall living experience. The location is superb, with extremely convenient transportation options, making it easy to hail a taxi or take public transport. The neighborhood amenities are mature and complete, with a dense concentration of various restaurants offering everything from specialty dishes to home-style meals. You can easily sort out all three meals just by going downstairs, making dining incredibly convenient. Daily life here is worry-free and enjoyable, making it perfect for both short-term stays and long-term residency. Overall, it offers great value for money and an exceptional living experience.

Stayed here for a couple of days in July with a friend. It's a pleasant, compact hotel, without a huge, pompous lobby; very minimalist. The rooms are also compact, about 25 square meters – not cramped, but there's not much space to spread out your luggage either. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute taxi ride to the city center. The staff are friendly, and breakfast is delicious with all the essentials. They even have a ”chocolate hour” for those who enjoy it. The à la carte menu at the ground floor restaurant is tasty. There's a small but cozy spa with a hammam and Balinese massage. Overall, it's more than good value for the money.

The attitude was unbelievably bad, but the location was excellent. They took advantage of Chinese guests. On the first day, they told me the room I booked was unavailable and offered me an alternative. I agreed, only to find it was an attic room, requiring me to carry my luggage down a flight of stairs. The attic had two cramped rooms, and upon entering, it was incredibly run-down, similar to an old-fashioned guesthouse in China. I initially thought this was just how a century-old hotel was. There was urine in the toilet and two or three ants crawling on the bed. Since I was with my child, and it was already 3 or 4 AM back home, I just focused on getting the child to sleep. Unable to sleep myself, I contacted Ctrip customer service. They immediately helped me arrange a room change. The next day, when I moved into a regular floor room, I was even angrier – it was like a five-star hotel! Ctrip's service was fantastic; they mentioned that communication with the hotel in Russia was difficult but apologized for our experience and offered 650 RMB in compensation. It wasn't about the amount of money, but Ctrip's attitude made me feel very comfortable.

Excellent hotel with superb service. The rooms are clean, spacious, and offer a magnificent view. I would recommend this hotel to others as a prime example of what modern service should be. Any issue is resolved in a matter of minutes. It's the kind of place where you truly feel like a valued guest. I wish them continued prosperity and would gladly stay again. Thanks to the staff for their passion for their work.

Magnificent view from the window of the Kievsky railway station and the clock tower. Excellent breakfasts. Our stay included access to the spa area. The saunas and baths are compact, but we visited both. There's a 24/7 gym, a swimming pool you can actually swim in, and, rarely, a children's pool. The water in the pool is 26.5°C.

Excellent hotel, excellent location! The room was spacious, and we got an upgrade upon check-in. Toiletries were provided, even some for our child. They also gave us jelly candies, a coloring book, and pencils! The food we ordered was delicious. The view was of the inner courtyard, which was lovely, but I would have preferred a city view. On the other hand, there was no road noise, which was great for our child.
