We arrived locally at 6pm and then took the bus to arrive. This hotel has two buildings, Delta and Gama. Before going to the hotel, you must ask where the hotel is. Gamma is a larger building in the innermost building, and Delta is smaller outside. However, breakfast is on the B1 underground floor of Delta. Only Delta has breakfast, and the breakfast is relatively rich.
There are two ways to get to the hotel, the 851 bus, and the free hotel bus. I didn’t know when I went there and couldn’t find the hotel bus. Here is the hotel bus timetable. It runs every half an hour. You can take it when you leave the next day.
The hotel is in a fantastic downtown location, super close to the subway. Our room was really spacious, comfy, and sparkling clean. The bathroom was quite roomy, though the shower stall itself was a tad small. My only real complaint is that the fridge was broken – my ice cream melted! Also, the closet door was a bit saggy and scraped the floor, making it hard to open and close. On the bright side, breakfast was plentiful and varied, and I loved the Chinese signs; that was a nice touch.
Прекрасный отель, близкое расположение к аэропорту Домодедово,есть бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт,предлагают три вида разного завтрака,номер достаточно большой,есть все для комфортного пребывания.
Good hotel, room, amenities correspond, bed, linen, everything is in order in terms of quality and cleanliness. You can hear a little noise from the highway, but it is not critical and does not interfere. I liked the spa. However, the temperature in the hammam is too high 84 degrees, and in the sauna 60, the staff convinced that this is the standard, although in my opinion it should be the opposite. There is a modest ”chocolate hour” from 16 to 17 hours - free desserts in the lobby, drinks are paid - the cost of cappuccino is 550 rubles). In general, the price-quality ratio is within reasonable limits.
Халаты только по запросу, хотя ожидаешь увидеть их сразу в номере. Заявлен рум сервис, но телефон не отвечает поэтому расчитывать на него не стоит. В остальном все неплохо
There is a free parking near the hotel, but the seats are not guaranteed.
The room itself is clean, maybe in the room to order food, but the prices in relation to quality in my opinion are overstated, and eat nearby nowhere.
A semi short and sweet review. It’s five star and priced to be pretentious of course. That price point of significance comes with expectations. Of the room is not available at 3 for check in and you are asked to wait (we waited 45 minutes more) - at least offer water or a drink. It’s rude to keep people waiting at the price they are paying and not offer something while they graciously wait. Word to the wise, Massage was hit and miss. At the price paid which was extremely high, it can never be a miss. You must hire the best of the best. To pay 12000 Rubles for an hour massage - it must be an incredible experience. I felt like I was anywhere getting a very basic massage. Really disappointing. Don’t get a massage. And while my partner thought her massage therapist was of quality there was still mediocre aesthetic treatment during. Even the oil is just so so. St. Regis lives on reputation these days in finding and seating on its laurels of yesteryear. This establishment is no different. Pretentious without enough fabulous.
I stay in this hotel for about 8 years. The service has become a chrome, from the privileges that the hotel has provided for residents there is a discount bonus for visitors to the thermal complex.
The old building has never been repaired. The carpets were 10 years ago, all in spots. The prices in restaurants are horses, such a feeling that it is not Yegorievsk, but Moscow)) however, unless the sluggish salad and dying vegetables on the Swedish table, the level of dishes on order is quite acceptable and on taste and on appearance.
The hotel complex has bowling, gym, thermal complex, horse sports, mini-zoo, family houses with barbecue, children's playground
