KKurumi28Our entire stay made for a truly wonderful trip! 😊 From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and received incredibly attentive service. The drinks, amenities, and loungewear were all excellent. Both the indoor and outdoor onsen baths in our room were incredibly relaxing! We also enjoyed the heated pool and steam sauna. I highly recommend checking in early to fully enjoy your hotel stay! I was especially happy that the breakfast had such a wide variety at the salad bar! We'd love to visit again! Thank you very much! 🙇‍♀️

CCerellaWhen checking in, the hotel will explain the tourist route of Hakone. It's a no-brainer to check in and just follow the map provided by the hotel. The service exceeded my expectations. I felt like a princess returning home during my stay. I thought this was the standard Japanese service. But later I stayed in other hotels and found that the service of Gora Kadan is far better than other hotels of the same price. The room is a bit old and the shower is also very old, but it is cleaned quite well.

GGuest UserThe dinner and breakfast were great, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. At first, we got lost while finding the entrance, but a helpful staff member made an effort to lead us all the way to the reception area. The rooms are big and spacious but a little warmer than expected for my wife. It is just nice for me during autumn. The room we had was in a corner, and it had a great view!
