"Check in was horrible. I was overcharged beyond what I paid to book the room. The breakfast you couldn’t eat it because it was old or stale. No juice because the machine was broken. The hot tub had bits of dirt or gravel in it. At checkout i inquired why I was being charged more and they said they would contact the owner and communicate with me. No contact. Won’t stay there again."

"Hotel is connected to a massive Waterpark which is great for kids but not so fun for a good night's sleep. Walls are SUPER thin. Family next door had a screaming kid for a long time and then the hotel sent an unfamiliar man to our room (two girls) at 10pm to knock and ask us to be quiet. He could have called. It's massive and very busy so be prepared for a lot of amenities to already be full. Room is clean but with that many people breakfast was filthy. Staff are never at the counter so you have to wait for them to come out of the back. Breakfast was limited and not enough for the people there. I've had better options at other Fairfield's anyway. All the details are cheap -beds and worn / over soft, toilet paper is scratchy, towels are thin and very rough. . . For the cost and significance of this hotel, it's just meh. It seems big but isn't very nice in the details."

"This hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the charging pile, in front of the gate is the Missouri River, while charging, while looking at the Missouri River, there is no need to run to the observation deck on the other side. The hotel gave me the room, the window happened to have a cute toy bear. Unfortunately, there is no time to learn more about Chamberlain. The hotel breakfast is average, can be full, basically the same, to add two or three more foods, you can exceed the peers a lot."
