A huge thank you to the only instructor who speaks Chinese 🥹! Seeing that I'm not a strong swimmer, she proactively helped me and led us on a guided tour of the nearby corals and marine life. Even though I was a little scared and clung tightly to my swim ring, she patiently guided me. The instructors on the boat were all very friendly, making the whole trip very relaxing, and the food on board was delicious too 😊

The tour experience was wonderful, and the guide tried his best to communicate with us, even using a bit of Japanese. It was my first time rafting, but it was a very good experience. However, the address of the hotel where we were originally supposed to be picked up did not match, so I was confused. The staff at the meeting point kindly contacted me and picked me up safely, so I was glad I was able to participate. This is important information, so please respond.

The pier was easy to find; we were staying nearby, within walking distance. There were many boat companies at the ticket exchange point; just show your confirmation slip to exchange for tickets. The food was decent. We spent about four and a half hours at the Great Barrier Reef, and did all the activities we wanted. Overall, it was quite a good experience.
