If you would like additional hair services such as haircut, perm, coloring, hair treatment, or scalp treatment beyond the basic diagnosis, it may take about 2 to 4 hours.

How to use

1. A brief pre-consultation about your usual concerns and questions

2. Scalp & Hair Diagnosis - Check the health of your scalp and hair with an expert

3. Simple Hair Personal Color Analysis - You can simulate with an expert to find out which color suits you best

4. Follow-up Consultation: Reassess the condition of your scalp and hair, and receive advice on the necessary care. We will remind you of the areas to focus on if you plan to do home care, and we will also suggest a hairstyle and color that suits your hair health and personal style.

5. Additional Option:

If you wish to undergo any treatments after our consultation, additional treatments can be requested through a personal request. (Please note, this may add extra time and cost depending on the treatment.)

Duration: 40 minutes (may vary depending on the consultation time).

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

<Late Arrival & No-Show>

Customers who are more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and refunds will not be provided.
If there is a delay, it may affect the service time.

If you wish to request additional treatments, please note that they are not included in the package. Separate on-site payment will be required, and the treatment may take additional time.
