I made this reservation at my mother's request. On the day of the tour, showing the voucher made the process very smooth. Some of the staff spoke Japanese, and they were very polite. The flight was only about 15 minutes, but it was very refreshing to be up in the air and we saw some great scenery. It was a very enjoyable time!
