I initially booked the tour just for safety, but the driver was incredibly professional. He captured the entire sunrise over the snow-capped mountains within two minutes of parking. The itinerary was also well-planned; even though I was in a rush, he arranged everything perfectly, leaving no time wasted. The entire trip was very rewarding. I highly recommend driver Zhao (697). He's incredibly enthusiastic, acting as driver, guide, and even bodyguard all at once. He completely changed my opinion of this platform.

We were picked up by a Hani female driver. The person was very refreshing and sincere. When reporting to the group, it was stated that only the driver service was not a tour guide, but the driver master gave us patient explanations throughout the whole process. He also built a group to follow our itinerary at any time, because there were two groups of people in the group. She later transferred us to other drivers, but kept asking us in the group if we were safe, very responsible, and let us see the skill and kindness of Hani women.

Our tour guide and driver, Grandma Yang, was a warm and down-to-earth woman who cared for her guests like a mother would her own children. She meticulously arranged the itinerary, ensuring everyone had oxygen, warmth, meals, and water. Even on the eve of departure, she showed her deepest concern. Grandma Yang's smile was as warm and radiant as the Yunnan sunshine, truly heartwarming. Grandma Yang was wonderful! However, she's still quite young; we can call her "Sister Yang" from now on.

I've been to many places and had many tour leaders, but this trip with our Ctrip driver exceeded my expectations! Driving on winding mountain roads, his driving skills were safe and reassuring: the ride was very smooth throughout, making me feel particularly secure. The driver was extremely familiar with the route, saving me a lot of time. His preparations were exceptional; he knew the road conditions and weather inside and out, ensuring the smooth running of our trip. Throughout the journey, he constantly monitored our physical condition, carefully inquiring about whether we experienced motion sickness or altitude sickness, ensuring our comfort. The vehicle was clean and comfortable: the interior was spotless and odorless, and the air conditioning was at a comfortable temperature, providing us with a comfortable resting environment. In short, he was also very knowledgeable about the local customs and culture, adding much enjoyment and knowledge to our trip. Such a professional and considerate driver made our trip even more perfect. I sincerely thank him for his efforts and look forward to traveling with him again next time! I will also recommend him to my friends! Thank you Ctrip for arranging such an excellent driver!
