For cancellations or modifications, refunds will be processed according to platform rules (please consider carefully before booking). The time slot for Yulong Snow Mountain cable car tickets is determined by system review and cannot be manually specified (system review assigns random time slots based on cable car schedules; the exact departure time will be notified by the driver). ▲ Important Notice: Foreign travelers must provide valid contact info (such as a Chinese WeChat or phone number) when placing a booking for communication purposes. The tour driver only speaks Chinese and can communicate via WeChat translation for basic interactions (please refrain from booking if this is a concern). Children under 1.19m should book the child option (includes transportation, insurance, oxygen, cold-weather clothing, and free admission ticket). Children 1.2m and above must book as adults, as attractions measure height with shoes on. Refund and Change Policy: For visitors already in the attraction who haven't taken the cable car or missed the scheduled time, only the cable car fee of CNY 120/person will be refunded. If tickets are available for other cable cars, you may switch to the mid-level cable car (refund of CNY 75/person) or the Yunshanping Cableway (refund of CNY 80/person). For those who haven't entered the attraction, an ancient town maintenance fee of CNY 50 and a vehicle damage fee of CNY 50 will be charged (please do not book if you have concerns).
