This small group tour was a fantastic experience! Our guide, Mr. Xie, was incredibly professional, kind, attentive, and patient – ​​his service was superb. The itinerary was excellent; we didn't miss any of the highlights of Yangshuo, and the tour wasn't too rushed. We didn't have to worry about a thing all day – a definite thumbs up! I would definitely recommend this travel agency to friends. From initial inquiries to the end of the tour, they responded promptly and patiently at every step, and there was no hard selling of shopping – excellent!

We had a great experience with this operator. They contacted us on Trip.com before we even arrived in China, then on WeChat, where we discussed our desired itinerary. They were thorough and honest about the prices for each activity. They confirmed the tour a few days ahead, and the driver reached out the evening before to arrange the pickup time. The driver arrived on time in a tidy car and was very polite, even opening the doors for us. He explained the plan for the day and shared information about the sights along the way. He was always accommodating, and we never felt rushed. He encouraged us to take our time at each stop. He suggested a few extra options but never pressured us to buy anything. Lunch was at a lovely restaurant, and the food was one of the highlights of the trip. We highly recommend this tour. The driver's kindness stood out, and despite the language barrier, he always went the extra mile to communicate with us and make us feel comfortable.

Book the 10:30 am 3-star cruise with Meal A option. We wanted a later cruise so that we could “relax” and enjoy our breakfast at the hotel. Arranged own Didi transport (51 RMB) to Mopanshan ticketing office… around 45 mins ride. Very easy and took less than 2 mins to pick up out tickets. No issue getting onto boat. We were seated and luggages stored… safe. No concern about luggage being stolen as they are in full view of everyone Free tea and water provided… top up throughout the 4.5 hrs cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo jetty. Quite a few steps to negotiate with our luggages at both jetties but we managed without issue. Lunch was good and more than sufficient for us. All announcements were in Mandarin but we were fine with that. The most outstanding view was with the backdrop to the 20 RMB note. Very beautiful… the guide came to the top level and showed us all where to view… overall, a very enjoyable cruise. Definitely worth it. From Yangshuo, we took Didi to our hotel.

It's a shame the tickets weren't next to each other. The ship and the trip were very nice. After the buffet opened, we continued on the river for a while without much fanfare. But overall, a very pleasant trip.
