Itinerary Attraction Introduction
Fuli Bridge
Fuli bridge is located on a tributary of the Yulong river in Baisha town, Yangshuo county. Built during the Ming dynasty, this single-arch stone bridge has weathered centuries. Constructed with large bluestones, its reflection in the water forms a perfect full moon. Two ancient banyan trees stand guard at the bridgeheads, silently watching over this pastoral landscape. The bridge retains its original simple charm with no guardrails, making it ideal for leisurely walks and photography while enjoying the idyllic scenery along the Yulong river and the poetic distant misty mountains.
Yulong River Two-Person Bamboo Rafting
The Yulong River is the longest tributary of the Li River in Yangshuo, spanning 43.5 kilometers and often called the "Little Li River." You'll drift downstream on a two-person bamboo raft, passing continuous mountain ranges, lush bamboo groves, and picturesque countryside along the banks. The journey includes several rustic weirs—each descent splashes joyful water droplets, while calm sections invite you to dip your toes into the refreshing river. The shimmering reflections of mountains and fields sway gently on the water's surface, as if time itself slows its pace here.
Xianggong Mountain Scenic Area
Xianggong mountain is located on the west bank of the Li river in Xingping town, between the yellow cloth reflection and nine-horse fresco hill, with an elevation of about 300 meters. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to climb to the summit. The mountaintop features a four-level viewing platform offering 360-degree views of the "first bend of the Li river" - where peaks stand like forests and the Li river meanders like a ribbon, carving a graceful U-shaped curve through the mountains. The interplay of light and shadow, sea of clouds, sunrise, and colorful clouds here have attracted countless photographers and enthusiasts. A photograph taken at this location by a Guilin photographer won the bronze award at the 10th international photography exhibition.
Xingping Ancient Town
Xingping ancient town was built in the Song dynasty and has a history of over 1,700 years. Its winding cobblestone paths are flanked by well-preserved Ming-Qing era brick-wood houses, with weathered walls telling stories of time. Stroll through the centuries-old streets to explore historic sites like the old opera stage, ancient bridges, and fishing village houses, or stop for a bowl of authentic Guilin rice noodles to experience the town's enduring charm. By the Li River near the town, the Huangbu reflection featured on the 20 yuan note can be found here. The crystal-clear water mirrors the karst peaks along both banks, creating a surreal blend of reality and reflection that was chosen as the backdrop for the fifth series 20 yuan banknote.
After the tour concludes, the private vehicle will return you to your hotel in Guilin city area.
