The trip ended successfully, so I'm writing a review. Before coming, I was quite anxious, honestly worried about safety issues with carpooling, potential overcharging, etc. Despite some hesitation, I decided to give it a try to save time. It turned out to be completely trustworthy. The driver contacted me by phone beforehand, and upon arriving at the station, he took my luggage, led us to the car, and didn't waste time by saying the car wasn't full. The ride was very smooth, taking almost two hours to get us to our hotel at the entrance of the valley. He didn't stop along the way, and the driver remained quiet and unassuming, which was a very pleasant experience. I was picked up by Mr. Li at Huanglong Jiuzhaigou Station around 4:30 PM on September 6th. Furthermore, the platform's customer service was excellent. I booked the car late the day before, and they responded quickly and arranged everything immediately!★

Bus pickup location was easy to find. Ride was comfy and matched the description. However, it did seem that they were a little confused on a non-Chinese national being on board during the check-in process; maybe a miscommunication?★

The pick-up location can be negotiated with the driver; you can pick up passengers directly at the hotel entrance. The vehicle is spacious and the seats are comfortable. The journey takes slightly less time than by bus, but the driver may be late due to needing to pick up passengers at different locations. It is recommended to communicate with customer service in advance regarding your high-speed rail schedule for better arrangements.★

I arrived at the hotel safely and had to write a positive review. The day before departure, I was worried about not being able to contact me and was a little anxious, unsure what to do. Then I found out the customer service page said to contact them if I hadn't been reached by 10 AM. There are several customer service phone numbers and WeChat accounts I can contact directly, so I didn't have to worry about being stood up. Around 8 PM that evening, the driver for the next day called me to arrange the departure time and pick-up point, and we even added each other on WeChat for easy communication.
Because it was a shared ride, the driver also had to pick up other passengers. One group was Thai, and they didn't speak the language, so it seems the driver and customer service added each other on WeChat and created a group chat. We set off together at the agreed time. When we arrived at Huanglong, he even took us to store our luggage and explained many precautions for high altitudes.
Recently, there have been so many people, and our group was late coming down the mountain. The driver felt very apologetic and bought me a drink, kept apologizing, and told me a lot about local customs. Although we waited a while, I was completely touched by the driver's kindness; I felt a little embarrassed.
In short, having a good driver when traveling saves a lot of trouble. I'll definitely recommend this company to my friends next time they come!★

I booked a car from Huanglong to Jiuzhaigou and back from Jiuzhaigou to Huanglong with the same company. The drivers were different, but both were reliable. Driver 8682F on the outbound trip drove a clean and tidy vehicle, drove smoothly, and dropped me off at the hotel. Very good.
