Communication was friendly and very convenient. I believe it is the most reasonable and best mode of transportation for traveling within the Guangdong region with large groups or elderly passengers! The car is excellent and comfortable, and I was so satisfied overall that I used it again on this trip. I recommend that Koreans traveling between Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Macau book in advance rather than trying to pick up a vehicle on the spot, as this ensures a comfortable journey. I even booked the day before without any issues!

Customer service was online throughout, responding extremely quickly, and handling any unexpected situations promptly and efficiently. The driver was very professional, polite, and friendly, with steady driving skills, making the entire journey safe and comfortable. The vehicle was in excellent condition, kept spotless inside and out. Point-to-point pick-up and drop-off were very punctual, without delaying my trip at all. It was a great experience. I managed to snag a buy-one-get-one-free ticket for Trip.com's Hong Kong leg, which averaged out to just HK$50 per trip, cheaper than any other option. It only took 24 minutes to get from Central to the airport, super fast! The experience was excellent.
