We had originally booked a 6 PM Grab ride from the hotel, expecting a two-hour journey. We planned to stop at the mall first, but there was a huge traffic jam. By 5:45 PM, we had only traveled one kilometer. The rules clearly stated no refunds or changes, so we tried calling Copper to see if we could change to the 7:30 PM session. The Copper staff immediately changed the time for us, which we were very grateful for. The food quality was very high, but unfortunately, the "soft-boiled custard" wasn't good; it tasted undercooked. Disappointing.★
