Booking tickets from Hong Kong to Macau was convenient and easy. We arrived at the terminal one hour before departure. We showed our passport and scanned our tickets to clear border control. The ferry ride took 60 minutes. The ferry itself was convenient and comfortable.★

This was a comfortable 1-hour trip from Shenzhen Shekou to Macau Port. No complaints. I was the only passenger in the first class seating area, and the only reason I chose first class was because the second class seats were complete sold out. If I could do things differently, I would book my tickets earlier so I could get a 2nd class ticket. I don't believe the extra cost for such a short trip is warranted.★

It was fine. 4 OUT OF 5. Oveall it was nice experience. There was some need for improved communication skills.of driver as they could.not speak english. I had booked 2 taxis. One driver managed english with the help of google translator. Overall i am satisfied. Travelled on 28 sep. With 8 family members.★

The cross-border direct bus was great; it was comfortable, not crowded, fast, and stable. We also got to see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, which was very beautiful!
