The trip was a great experience. The 3-hour Tasman cruise was very fun, with beautiful scenery. Port Arthur was also nice and worth a visit.

Reviews: Tasman Peninsula Tour, Cruise & Port Arthur Historic Site
Guest User2026-10-27
The tour split into two main parts. The scones and coffee as breakfast and chicken hotdog sets as lunch. Luckily, the sea was calm and saw whales, dolphins and seals within about 2.5 hours. Long history landscape, dramatic coastline, spectacular waterfalls and sea-worn caves. The Arthur Port was a pretty place nowadays. We had enough time to visit historical buildings and heritage garden. Excellent tour experiences.

Reviews: Tasmania Tasman cruise 3h/Cape Raoul 1.5h [optional departure from Hobart]
Guest User2026-02-04
Oh my god, Nicole, the customer service representative, was incredibly kind! 🥹 I booked too late and there were no tickets left for the day trip, but I don't drive, so getting to the cruise pier was a huge challenge. She was so incredibly helpful. First, she checked if there was any public transportation, but the buses were sold out, and the bus schedule was too late for the cruise. She then contacted other people and managed to free up two seats for me (please don't follow my example!). I'm so incredibly grateful; she took on so much work that wasn't even her responsibility 😭 Please give her a raise or a bonus! Also, the day trip was really great! I thought the group meal would be some mediocre stuff, but it was actually eaten in a garden restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the fish and chips were better than in Hobart town. The Tasman cruise was also amazing; we saw dolphins, seals, and a huge variety of seabirds. The reefs and moss were stunning—it felt like something out of the movie *How to Train Your Dragon*!
