Overall, everything was fine. After booking, I was in constant contact with a support representative, and they even called before departure to make sure we were on time. However, when booking the ticket, there was no mention of deck seating, nor of seating in the center or by the windows. We moved to the windows because the seats were empty, for which we were asked to pay an extra 40 yuan for two. Five minutes later, everyone was invited to the upper deck for photos and videos. It's unclear why I paid the extra 40 yuan. Overall, this extra charge spoiled the experience.

So, no one will send you anything the day before your visit. Go to the west gate and there's a separate reception desk there, right at the entrance, not where the tickets are, but where the tourist information is, and they'll register you there. Give them your phone number, which you provided. The tea itself wasn't great, the pastries were honestly plain, and there were only two sandwiches. I probably wouldn't go there again. And if you have problems with your vestibular system, it won't be so good. But the observation deck is definitely something.

Had the best time of our lives! They serve 10 course meal and the whole show was interactive. Time felt like it passed by quickly and would recommend everyone to try it for themselves. What a great experience in china!

The immersive banquet was amazing, I only wish there was more time to join in with the pre banquet games, which I didn’t get to do due to opting to include the costume and makeup. The only issue encountered was that myself and the person next to me had to ask the staff why we were missing a dish that everyone else got. We did finally receive this, but originally they said the had runout and if we wanted a substitute
