10/10 Experience! We had Mr. Peng as our private driver and it was great. For anyone considering this service, it's important to have the right expectations. Think of this as hiring a private driver rather than booking individual DiDi rides, not as hiring a traditional tour guide. We designed and customized our own itinerary with six stops and spent as much or as little time at each location as we wanted. Don't expect detailed historical explanations. Instead, be proactive in researching your destinations and be comfortable communicating through WeChat for pickups, drop-offs, and changes in plans. We knew what we wanted to see and photograph, and researched the history ourselves. With the right mindset, this is absolutely a 10/10 service!

I got everything I expected and more. The driver was wonderful; he didn't speak English, but he communicated via WeChat and gave me clear and understandable instructions (we did the walking on our own). Overall, if you're up for an adventure, this is a wonderful opportunity to see all the top sights in one day; I wouldn't have been able to cover so much on my own. My only gripe was that there were several groups with this company. However, they put the foreigners in cars with Chinese comrades, one at a time. It would have been better to have everyone in one car; we could have chatted together when at least someone in the car besides me spoke English.

Great trip with lot of things to do, clear communication and vehicle is very comfortable. The destination was absolutely mind blowing! There is a lot of walking, but this was very worth it in my opinion.

Due to a terrible group tour experience last year, I'm hesitant to join any. This time, I stumbled upon a day tour on Ctrip and booked it. It turned out to be a delightful surprise! Our guide and driver, Mr. Fang, were incredibly enthusiastic, and the itinerary was thoughtfully planned, with everyone considering the needs of the tourists. During the journey, they explained the history and cultural background of the tourist attractions and constantly reminded us to avoid tourist traps. There was no shopping or forced spending throughout the trip; it was essentially a free and easy trip, but we didn't have to worry about transportation or entrance fees, saving us time and hassle. We were extremely satisfied and look forward to our next trip.
